I must give some serious credit to Harry. What a rockstar!!!…read more My AC died earlier this afternoon when it was nearly 110°, I had a feeling it was the freon again. I called a few AC shops and the wait time was 2-3days for an appointment, which given the blazing heat, made total sense to me. I called Harry around 3pm and he mentioned that he was in a Pasadena area and would be happy to swing by my house in South Pasadena later that evening, after his all day AC job in the blazing heat! The fact that he was able to do a house visit at 7pm blew me away! He immediately recognized that my AC unit was overheating as I had a bunch of trellis around it ... he was 100% honest, just straight up told me that your unit is overheating and get all that junk off of it and it'll work fine!!! Didn't hit me up for bunch of unnecessary work. He is a straight up honest guy. I wanted to give him some gas money, $$$ for time/effort, his support/help, but he refused!
