But the trail for golf seems over grown and very full of weeds and stickers that will attach to fluffy dogs if not careful. There were about 5 cars that looked like either someone was living in or very broken down. There were two people who were enjoying their day with chairs and their dogs off leash but didn't bother myself or my dog. It's a decent park and if you have kids the play ground looked fun!

It's good for a quick and easy approach and putt practice. They are all rather easy par 2 shots, but I did get my first Ace ever here. If you do the H Clarke Elementary 9 hole (par 2, but way more technical) course down the road you can make it 18 holes that way. Both courses are quick and easy fun and great practice if you are in the area, especially if Rocklin Is overwhelmed or running League games.

We visited in April, and I could already see that the trees will provide some nice shade in the summer, making it a great spot year-round. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful with any issues or concerns. We were lucky enough to get to hang out with the two dogs who live on the property as well. They're sweet and adorable! This is a frisbee golf course about an hour from Tahoe, and it's fantastic!…read more Located in the middle of nowhere at the end of a few miles of dirt road, you'll find this beautiful course carved out on a high hill. The Toneys built the whole 18 hole course up themselves in the last few years on their property, and the whole thing is irrigated with well water pumped by solar power. Most of the course is flat, while there are about four "bowl holes" that take you down and out of a valley, including one with a 250 ft. drop. Fortunately there's not too much brush, so you'll probably be able to find your disc when it goes astray. Camping here was great too. The plots are spread out, and it's not crowded. You can rent one of their spacious teepees for $30, and swim in their kind of icky yet refreshing pool with the frogs and water skippers. The Toneys were great hosts, and went golfing with us.
