TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had scheduled an appointment for 11am and got there at exactly 11am, the hairdresser was still working on someone so I waited 30 MINUTES after my scheduled appointment time. She then proceeded to take a walk in client, so I got up to let her know I was still waiting and that I had a scheduled appointment!!! She told me "it was the holiday" and there was nothing she could do. Which is ridiculous because she told me Wednesday morning worked with her schedule. I happened to be in the area getting my car worked on. I had a few hours to kills so I decided to get a hair cut (one of many things on my to-do list that kept getting put off). Thankfully this salon was within walking distance. I called when they opened and was able to get an appointment within an hour and a half of calling. While they do accept walk ins, I highly recommend calling in advance. They seemed quite busy, so I feel lucky they were able to squeeze me in. My hair cut turned out great and I was very pleased. Reyna cut my hair and she was very nice and made good suggestions that I agreed with. Thank you Reyna! I wish I was local. I would make Final Touch my new regular salon! read more

This was the worst haircut, extremely upsetting. The master was constantly distracted picking up phone, working on another client while I was at my appointment, she was also scheduling more people and talking on the phone. Finally when it came to the haircut - she was not fully paying attention and completely messed up my hair. This was my best ever haircut experience. As soon as i walked in it was such a good vibe and full too! I booked my appointment with Grace who is hands down the sweetest ever and she is simply amazing with hair. I asked for some thin bangs and she was really Knowledgeable and caring she really took the length in consideration and she even found out my hair grows differently on one side, and did exactly what she had to do to make everything even. Came in with severely dry and damaged hair that has been thinning due to my medication. I felt very gross and it was disheartening, however Soledad took care of me, it was so nice and comfortable, I would almost fall asleep. Got a hair treatment, cut and blow. Will be coming here for her from now on. Prices are also super affordable, for treatment, cut, and blow was 40, obviously tipped but I'm so happy with my hair. It's so soft now. read more

My boyfriend has been coming here for over 6yrs. With that said, he's had his share of good and bad hair cuts with different hairstylists. For the past 2 years though, he has been very pleased with Juanita. She is very polite, soft spoken, but listens to what the customer wants as far as style and cut!! Very hard to come by now and days!! The salon is small, hidden behind Big Als, next to Harbor Freight off Los Angeles Avenue right before Second Street. The salon could definetly use some renovations and updating, possibly new ceiling tiles, an interior paint job, maybe even get rid of the broken vending machine and a newer showcase displaying their products!! But as far as Juanita, she is great!!! He hopes she sticks around town for a while!! (Obviously my 5 stars are directed towards our experiences with Juanita, not the salon in general since they are independant contractors!! The salon itself would get maybe 3 stars) read more

I started coming here about two years ago for my son's haircuts. Elizabeth was the barber we got on our first visit, and I've been happy with her work ever since! All the ladies who work here do an amazing job, and are super friendly. Their prices are reasonable for haircuts: $14 for adults and $12 for kids. Great little Salon in the strip mall. Ask for Elizabeth. She is the best and so sweet. She always does my hair the way I want it.

So I came to get my hair done at final touch salon it was about my third time getting my hair done at the final touch salo. I explain how exactly I wanted my hair and what color I wanted she suggested a different color that would go better. so I decided to go with that color just because I thought she knew what I meant and I didn't ask any question. I really thought it would be a light brown color which that's the color I asked for it turned out to Be a dark dark brown color almost looking like a black but literally it was really dark brown. I did not like it I had highlights in it took me the whole entire day to get out of there and she said that since the hair was wet once it dried the hair was going to look lighter I was really concerned. My hair color I called her and she said that I buy a clarifying shampoo that will help the color be lighter and I did that I did not like it still it took me a very long time to get that color out of my hair I went back and she still didn't offer to fix my hair. I called before going and was told there were two haircuts ahead of us and we should head on in. Since this was the day before school began I was surprised and rushed over. We were right down the street so we were there within 10 minutes. When we got there I found out there were two FAMILIES ahead of us, each with 2-3 haircuts. When we finally got our turn we had the manager (maybe owner?) cut my sons hair. Right in the middle she stopped and said to hold on she'll be right back. I saw her sneakily pick up her pack of cigarettes from near the door and she stepped outside to have a smoke with a friend of hers that stopped by... I came here with a 20 percent off coupon from the entertainment book. The stylist was rude, putting her finger in my face and said they do not take coupons. I showed her the coupon and she just kept repeating in a louder voice they don't take coupons. I left without getting the haircut. I am disappointed because I am looking for a saloon in the Simi Valley area. They shouldn't have coupons in the new 2017 entertainment book, if they refuse to honor them. read more

I used to get my hair cut by Mike @ Fantasy hair Salon, then when my daughter was going to Marinello School of Beauty, to support her learning, I was getting my services with her at the school and stopped going for a while to Fantasy. When she got her license she moved to my Tia's house, she got a job at a salon further away from Simi. I tried to make an appointment again with Mike @ fantasy, but I found out he no longer worked there. So when I tried to get an appointment with someone else there, they were always too busy. In fact I called 6 different times in a week and they were always busy and seemed to not want to make an appointment for me to come in. So I began my search for another hair salon. Lo and behold just a few doors down, I found this place, called them up asked the price & if they took walk-ins. Yes they did take walk-ins as well as appointments & the price seemed reasonable. Walked on down there and only waited a couple minutes, got my hair washed and got a nice hair cut all for $18 (plus $6 tip) I was so happy to have a stylist look at my hair and already know with how my naturally curly hair should be cut. Juanita was great and I was so impressed. I never find anyone so quickly after losing a stylist I like. I will be going back in a couple weeks to get my hair colored and straightened for the holidays. If I like the color service I'll write another review with 5 Stars. Thanks again Juanita....I love my hair!! :-) Btw, I marked yes on the credit card but it's not up and running yet. They just got their machine, but it won't be operational for another 2 weeks. read more
