Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! After I placed them there, one of the employees came up to me and told me to not dump. I'll let him know that I just traveled a long distance and couldn't stop during the drive. He told me "yeah, but we still have no dumping" as he carried all the bottles, all at once, 15 feet away to another trash bin. Now.. i was going to let all of this go, no big deal.. until I tried to be nice and say "goodbye, have a good day" he walked right past me and ignored me. I know he heard me because I had to say it again, extremely loud, for him just to continue to walk off and mumble have a good day. Lacked professionalism and not a good representative of this great location. I don't think five bottles of coolant equated to an employee being extremely rude. Not implying he should be removed but he definitely needs refinement with customer service or find a different job.

There was no effort to de-escalate, clarify, or resolve the issue in a professional way. Instead, the interaction felt reactive, dismissive, and completely one-sided. As a paying monthly member, I expected a basic level of professionalism and fairness. Being effectively banned without a clear reason while being spoken to in that manner was unacceptable. I also have a full recording of the interaction for my own records. My concern is not drama--it's the lack of accountability and how poorly the situation was handled from start to finish. Overall, very disappointing experience from a business I've consistently supported.

Zhanna essentially PM'd getting the trucking company insurance involved, getting the glass ordered, getting the car to and from the glass repair shop... and THEN doing a fantastic job on the PPF and Modesta coating. I didn't ask for her to take it on, she just did. All that would have been extraordinary on its own, but the work I actually brought the car in for was also fantastic. Although it was a brand new car, like many new cars, there was some paint correction to be done. That, as well as the PPF turned out flawless. The Modesta coating is working well so far holding up to the Portland fall weather as well. I will definitely bring all my vehicles to Zhanna and team for future PPF and coating needs.
