I didn't have to worry about on street parking since it is in a strip mall and I was able to get a parking spot in the shade during this terrible heat wave. First impression inside was that it was very clean and popular. Due to other reviews I came prepared with a book, in case I had a long wait, even though I did have a reservation for my pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised when I was taken to a chair after only a 15 minute wait. It had been a while since my last pedicure so I chose one of the spa options "The Vitamin C - Fruity Spa". This was perfect with the callus removal, massage and scrub. Maggie was my technician and she was very sweet and attentive. She brought me a fruit juice of my choice and then began the service. It was so relaxing and well done. It took almost exactly an hour from start to finish (not including drying time). I felt the price was reasonable for what I received. I asked for a flower on each big toe, which I was very happy with - simple, but so cute. While I was waiting for my nails to dry Maggie even gave me a short shoulder massage! I will definitely be back!

The shop was supposed to close at 7 PM. The tech checked his iPhone 12 times while removing my gel and polish and then got up to get another customer started. He began her manicure TOO while my gel was drying for ten minutes. After being there 40 minutes, I walked out. My time is valuable too. So much for customer service! He handled my fingers so aggressively, twisting them forcefully and digging his nails into the sides of my fingers while working. It was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever experienced. He then proceeded to take the electric filer and shave my cuticles and nail bed down to the next layer of my flesh until I screamed out in pain. You can see in the picture how damaged my nails are, now that they've grown out. The pink lines are from where he shaved down my nails unnecessarily. He apologized and then proceeded to do the same with the rest of my nails. Will NOT be returning here again and it'll take months for my damaged nails to grow out.
