Of course, I was dreading the very thought of eventually heading to a dealership. Turns out, I was in my brand new car driving home in less than 30 hours. Without an appointment, Narine Evangelisti, met me within 5 minutes of arriving. She was friendly and courteous as we sat down and got things started. Right away, she mentioned Car Scouts, car brokers Camino works with. After taking all needed info, she contacted Duke at Car Scouts, and put me on the phone with him. He asked all the right questions to make sure he knew exactly what I was looking for: price, color, interior, trim, etc. After finishing up with Narine, Duke continued to stay in contact to keep me updated on his progress. Duke took care of everything. He dealt with the dealerships. He found the exact car I wanted at a lower price than I expected. The interest rate was lower than expected as well. In short, it could not have been easier to get a new car. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle without going through Camino and Car Scouts. Their thorough professionalism and outstanding customer service make it a no-brainer. I highly recommend both Camino and Car Scouts.

My parents went to complete their monthly banking: Transfers between accounts Depositing checks Etc My mother filled out the form and handed it to the banker who was too busy chatting up someone else who had walked in. Unfortunately only after she left, she checked her accounts and discovered several of the requested transactions weren't completed, including the deposit of the check she had handed the clerk. She tried to call to no avail, called the main office and they were unable to reach anyone at the branch so my parents had to double back. Due to traffic, it took them 30 minutes. In that time, the banker has completely forgotten that my mom has been there prior, it's not a busy branch so somewhat odd she couldn't recall my parents, then she attempted to correct theissed transactions by depositing my dad's check to my mom into HIS account and handing my mom the deposit receipt with all his banking info on it. They were both very frustrated and concerned because this is not the quality of service one should receive when banking, let alone at a credit union. I've advised them not to return to this location because this is unacceptable!
