My health has changed SIGNIFICANTLY. I had some chronic lower back and hipflexer issues that I thought I'd just have to deal with. My sports chiropractor gave me some stretches, which seemed to help, as long as I did them daily. But Scott has made the huge difference! When I began working out with him, he assessed my body and started doing workouts with me to strengthen the muscles around the problem areas. He understands the body and knows how to get yours to it's strongest capacity. By building up some of the "less glamorous" muscles, I am now able to work out harder and feel great! As soon as we walked into the gym we were treated like one of the family. Like old friends that hadn't seen each other in a while. Coach Eric and Coach Lauren are top notch trainers and very good at what they do, and not to mention two of the most amazing people you could ever meet. Not only have their classes made me lose fat and gain lean mass, but after the first two months of being there I was so much stronger and confident that I decided to do a kettlebell competition for the first time and was awarded 2nd place! Amazing results! My strength is ridiculous just after the eight months I have been training here. As for the gym (located on the second floor) it is clean, organized, and very impressive to say the least. Everything is top notch. Coach Eric doesn't skimp on equipment or on training. With their app, I can track my progress with measurable results, which they use to structure a plan tailored to me. They are mindful of injuries I've had in the past too, so depending on how my body is feeling that day, they'll modify my workouts to keep it challenging but safe for me.
