I've been coming here for a year now. The gym is always spotless, no matter what time of day I show up. The staff is also great! Quick shoutout to Diego, David, and Herbert for always being great! The space itself is really well put together and has a great vibe that actually makes you want to work out. The biggest thing for me is that it rarely feels overcrowded. Even during busier times, I've never had to wait long for a machine or a rack, which was a constant frustration at my old gym. I honestly wish I switched sooner. I've been a member since this gym first opened and had a grandfathered membership. I've made my payments consistently over the years. There have been issues before with payments processing due to their billing system, but this time my payment, which was due on the 8th, wasn't processed and my membership was closed within the same week. When I called the membership department, I was told there was nothing they could do because the gym now has a waitlist--a policy I was never informed about. I was simply told there was no way to reinstate my membership. I then went to the gym to speak with the manager in person. During our conversation, he smiled and laughed while I explained the situation, took down my contact information, and told me he would "see what he could do." I never received a call. When I returned to follow up, I was immediately told there was nothing they could do, again with a smile. If there was never any intention of helping, why ask for my contact information and give me false hope? After being a loyal member since the gym opened, it's disappointing to see that customer loyalty and seniority seem to mean very little. My experience left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. My Fiancé also had a grandfathered membership and he had his canceled as well as we will not be supporting a gym that prioritizes money over their customers. If you're a grandfathered member, be aware that your membership may not be protected if there's ever a billing issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this gym. read more

I've been a member for a year and a half and it was time for me to say goodbye. I think this gym has a ton of potential of being okay to great, but it starts with the owners (which I believe in them - and I'll get to that later. Given that I've been a member for quite some time, I've observed so many things about this gym: the good, the not so ok Let's start with the good: - Equipment: Definitely top notch equipment - Outdoor Area: I didn't like it at first, but once you start going every so often you just get this different energy (plus we need more Vitamin D!) - Innovative: This gym is growing; I remember when it was just two workout areas, now expanded to 5 total as well as a sauna (free), a barbershop, a soon to be coffee shop, and a recovery room (additional pay). Oh and pilates! The not so ok: - Turnover: There's been a high turnover of employees, and I think this is where it starts with the owners. Granted, the owners from what I'm noticing are learning and they're only going to get better. But I feel like there's been a high turnover in the last year and a half so that says something. - Lack of Communication from Higher Ups: Again, every time I would speak to a worker, they know nothing about what's happening to the gym. As if, the gym is kept top secret. I just feel like there's a disconnect there, and should have more transparency with the owners and to the employees. - The vibe is preference. Some may like it some may not. I liked it at first, but recently it's starting to give me that 24 hour fitness vibe or EOS (used to be golds in Cerritos) vibe with "influencers" shirtless left and right filming. Filming is OK at this gym so they're setting the standard for that. But, I guess it just makes it awkward for someone like myself if I'm in someones film unintentionally. It's like I need to cater my workout so they can get the best footage. - I think for the price now ($179) they should serve towels, probably do better on maintenance like their drinking fountain, and heck even offer free pilates. If you think about it, club studio and other gyms are in this price range and all the classes are free. So maybe there's something to explore there I'm unsure. But if we're looking at the competitive landscape, at $179, there has to be some form of distinguisher, and top notch equipment can't just be it. Also, going back to employees. David here has been the longest one and I feel like this guy should have some form of ownership, or promotion. This was the only guy in my 1 and half years of being here that went above and beyond at the front desk. I remember he was genuinely concerned about my overall being (had surgery), and gave me options (freezing my account) before even closing it. Every other front desk is just "hi" "bye" "I don't know." But this guy really cares about the customers at the gym. And to the owners, you guys are trying I see that. And I can definitely see you guys improving and making adjustments. Just recently, you closed all membership, and that's because you want to make some changes for the better. I really do hope this gym continues to get better. But for me, the chapter has ended! This is by far the best gym in south LA. It's always clean, the A/C is always on, the equipment and machines are quality. They have equipment you cannot find at your every day gym. They have all the amenities you could want. If you take your training seriously this is the place for you. I've been coming here for 6 months now and I've never had to wait for a machine because people aren't sitting on their phones. The staff is incredible too. You can't beat this gym. read more

As a Registered Nurse with nearly a decade of emergency and critical care experience, I have worked with all types of people in high pressure environments. Dano Ruiseco is genuinely one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I was brought on as an All-One athlete by his brother Renee, with content deliverables of four reels and ten to twelve story posts per month. I hit my deliverables. In mid April I had to leave for Texas because my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and was placed on hospice. I reached out to Jacqueline on WhatsApp to let the team know I would not be able to meet deliverables because my father was dying. Not a single condolence. Not an "I'm sorry." My message was completely ignored. My father passed away in May. I returned to LA in early June, hired a videographer who drove out from Las Vegas, and showed up to the gym ready to get back on track and start creating content for them again. Herb at the front desk told me the owner said I could not bring a videographer. No reason given. I asked Herb to call Dano. He refused to speak to me but said no videographers. I texted him directly and he told me his team would reach out. They never did. I then asked if I could at least work out. Herb said yes. Mid workout Herb came back and told me the owner said I could not work out there either. Again, no reason. I called Dano directly and he declined my call and texted me "brother don't call me again, I'm busy." He never came to speak to me face to face. He never gave me a single reason for any of it. He used Herb to deliver the news while he avoided me entirely. He said he was busy while he was walking into the gym however he went into the side door to avoid me because he was too scared to say anything to my face. I have since spoken to numerous people who have trained at or left this gym. Every single one of them has a similar story. This is a pattern, not an isolated incident. Dano is full of himself, has a giant ego, operates like a narcissist, has little boy energy, and is small in every way that actually matters. Now regarding his response to this review. He is publicly claiming that multiple women made harassment complaints against me and that I made statements suggesting women are inferior to men. In my entire time at that gym I never once spoke to a single female member. I was also gone for over six weeks burying my father. Not once during my time there was I approached, warned, or given any opportunity to address a single complaint. No conversation, no email, no call, nothing. These allegations only surfaced after I left an honest review. If you are going to make false public accusations about someone be prepared to back them up in court lil guy. You're only lying to defame me to try and back yourself up to look better. Can't wait to see you fail. Only one of us is single, and it's not me. Tells a lot about you. read more

Horrible service I had an appointment for a tour so I can sign up here. My appointment was at 10. They called me at 10 and say we're 15 minutes late. I say OK they call me right back and say we gotta cancel you. Can you schedule another time keep in mind I'm coming from downtown. Los Angeles made me come all the way over here for nothing. I even heard one of their employees saying they're trying too much at one time get your guys stuff together I can give this zero stars I would wasting peoples time. ALL ONE is top tier. If you are a lock it in and get it done gym goer this gym is literal paradise. Aesthetically very clean and also literally very clean which is a huge tick mark in my book when it comes to where I train. A gym is what you make of it but having high standards at your facility will get me and keep me in the building. The staff here is also best of the best like minded real people who treat the gym and gym goers like guests in their homes. Shout out to the A1 day one at the front desk Crystal she is a real one always super helpful and always holding it down, she's definitely one of the gyms MVPs! When you go to sign up it'll probably be her helping you out! Had a bad personal experience at this gym. The gym and I negotiated a quick deal over private messages allowing me to shoot content in exchange for a free day pass. I arrive, introduce myself to the owner, I sign the waiver and start my workout. Shortly through my workout a staff member tells me the owner changes his mind and that I would have to pay the $40 day pass or $100 monthly membership if I'd like to stay. I wish they could have told me this in the beginning instead of wasting my time. Didn't feel the gym was worth the price in my opinion. BUT the equipment was nice though and it was clean, just missed a bit of integrity with one of the owners. read more

All One Gym is honestly a vibe. The aesthetic alone is next-level--split between a sleek white room and a moody black room, it feels like you're stepping into a fitness photoshoot. The equipment? Top tier. You can tell they really invested in quality gear. The sauna is a great perk, though it can get a bit too hot at times. I was really enjoying the outdoor gym area, so I'm disappointed it's been shut down due to neighbor complaints. Also, more cable machines are needed as the 2 they have are always in use and people tend to take long on those. It would also help if members were reminded to re-rack their weights--sometimes equipment is left loaded, which can be frustrating. I don't like having to unloaded multiple 45's plates left on the leg press machine because some idiot decided to be inconsiderate. All in all though, I really enjoy this gym. It's got great vibes, killer equipment, and the potential to be the best in town with just a few tweaks. read more

This gym is a complete game changer and honestly the reason I stuck with my fitness journey this time around. First things first the trainers are amazing!! I have to shout out Monica because I wouldn't have had the courage to start at this gym without her!! Words cannot describe how incredible of a trainer she is!! She is so sweet but she always brings the best energy and vibes to every session! She makes me want to push myself and that's what kept me going!! The gym itself is also amazing!! With the variety of equipment you can honestly never have a boring workout, and the separate leg room was a great idea honestly! The equipment is in great shape and always clean. Everything feels spacious and the honesty the whole gym is aesthetic asf. Honestly great for recording and lowkey since so many people are recording themselves it's not even intimidating to do it yourself, which leads me to my next point! Everyone that goes to this gym is so nice and welcoming!! You get this sense that everyone is there to work on themselves without judgement unlike other gyms. Honestly a huge plus for me! The owners and all the staff are equally as welcoming and sweet especially all the ladies!!
