The offers have been consistently low to the point where it simply makes more sense to walk away. I understand resale shops need margin, but the gap between market value and what they offered was excessive -- especially on sought-after pairs. Today was particularly frustrating. I DM'd them in advance about some pairs I was looking to move. I had already received an offer from another shop and asked if they could beat it. The conversation made it seem like they would at least match or improve the number. However, when I arrived in person with the pairs, there was confusion and they ultimately would not match or beat the other offer. I've seen their videos and while they're entertaining, the low offers shown on camera feel very different when you're the one on the receiving end. I've sold the same pairs -- even at "lowball" prices on GOAT and to other shops -- and still made nearly double what was offered here. Their business model may work for them, and that's fine. But seller beware -- it may not be worth your time unless you're comfortable accepting significantly below-market offers.

For the merchandise being donations the staff does a nice job of sorting out the good items for sale. Donation area: Fast, convenient, personable, and friendly are the words to describe the nice people I dealt with in donating. Easy experience and I am grateful that my unused items could possibly benefit someone else. Charity Rating: Salvation Army rates a 3 out 4 on charitynavigator.com, an A rating on charity watch.org, and meets all standards on give.org. This is a safe charity to donate to in my opinion.

I had brought a ton of baby seats and the guy kindly explained to me why he couldn't take them, but then also offered other ways I could try and get rid of them. Typically at other donation centers you're rudely told they can't take them. That didn't happen here and I really appreciated the way he handled it! I also can't get over the fact that you get a 20% off coupon for donating items. You do have to dig to find items, but once you find something you truly fall in love with it and it's at a pretty epic price. Savers is now a really fun part of my self-care routine :-)
