We walked in and found one ring right then and there, it was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We also purchased an additional ring to go with the new ring. My husband also brought his Super Bowl ring to sized. We were happy. With 2-3 months, while I was shutting our closet door, I moved my hand awkwardly, hit my hand on the door (not enough to hurt) but I noticed a one of the diamonds had fell off my diamond wrapped band (luckily, when I noticed I found it on the ground). Later that week, I noticed a tiny diamond and fallen off the petite ring. I was heartbroken-- I am pretty rough with my hands and have two little kids so my hands get a lot of action but I had never had actual diamonds fall off rings. I called my jeweler, let her know and she said to bring them in. She offered to fix it and change the style of ring for the petite to make it more secure. She told me she would send me the design before creating it. That same day we went to pick up my husbands ring -- when we got home, we found water damage inside of the ring (writhing a hallow part of the design). Our jeweler took many months to fix my ring -- so much I had to follow up with her twice. She never sent me the design before creating. Months later she sent me a photo of the finished product and told me to come in and get my rings. We did but the entire time, I was irritated. I didn't like the look the re-designed ring but at that point I didn't even say anything bc I wanted to leave. I have been waiting 10 years for the upgrade and I wanted it to be special. Now every time I look at my rings I either worry that a diamond is going to fall off or it reminds me that I never want to go to the jeweler again. And probably going to getting a new rain eventually -- but I'm mostly just so unhappy with the service. I expected a lot more. And now, my husbands ring has dried water stains inside the design for life -- this is a family heirloom. My jeweler was Callie -- very nice but not a great experience and not very apologetic at all. I wish my experience was different. I'm still upset about it a year later.

Outside | I love the outside patio! Glam Bohemian vibes all the way, and I loved every minute of it! There are so many plants and I loved the rattan chair! Inside | An eclectic mix of items, jewelry, accessories, even a Buddha, including vintage clothing! I loved all the colorful crystals of all sizes, heights & shapes! The energy was amazing in the store and the way the sun was shining into the crystals was so pretty! I was immediately drawn to the heart-shaped purple & white amethyst, which will be a great addition to the rest of my crystal collection! I truly enjoyed looking around the store, as there was so much to see! Customer Service | Super friendly, and welcoming! The friendly woman at checkout even told me how the owners sourced the crystals! She also knew the meaning of the crystals, very well-informed! Funny Moment | I was so amazed by the store, as I was peeking into the outside patio, didn't notice I was standing in a parking spot that someone was waiting on! Once I turned around, the woman in the car started laughing w/me! Haha! We started chatting about the store being really cool and interesting! Haha! This Goodwill is…read moreright across the Lazy Acres on Artesia Blvd. I mistakenly walked into the store and found out that donations are taken around the corner thru another entrance. The store itself looked nicely organized and seemed clean. We drove around to the back entrance donation area and left our items with a worker.

And they don't have any funny or funky smells either. It is the most organized Goodwill I have ever been to. They even went out of their way to decorate a room like you're in someone's house. (See attached picture with the chairs.) Their price points are reasonable (found bar stools for $10) unlike some thrift stores who price items higher than their original tags. I came through in the hopes I'd find a computer mouse (needed one STAT, albeit temporarily) and scored a brand new one here for $6. But yes - I left here incredibly impressed at how nice this Goodwill is. Might be making more stops in the future.
