I recently was recommended to come here because they provide excellent work. However, I need to add on that only do they leave you with beautiful work, but their customer service is outstanding. You can reach the staff throughout the day. I'm those people who is undecided and I think I know what I want, and then pinterest tells me I am outdated lol....thankfully the staff is completely understanding and is willing to work with you. I know I gave them a hard time with the planning and and changing my mind a lot. At the end, every time I walk in to my new kitchen I am in awe. It is bright, clean, and well designed. Im so happy I listened to my friends recommendation. Sometimes its hard to know who to trust, but TRUST ME!! This team is everything you want if you are confused , undecided and don't have much of a vision in the beginning . Fine Design just completed the work we contracted for. The work consisted of: A new master bathroom and an attic conversion to a walk-in closet. In addition, four bedrooms were, painted, wood floors refinished and stained, crown, base, and trim molding were installed in each. What pleased us equally to the completed project was the fact that Dave came by to check on the progress the workers were making. If he was not happy with something he saw, he would immediately bring it to the workers attention, and it would be corrected. This is not the first project Fine Design completed for us. Three years ago, they redid the kitchen, the entire first floor (including doors and windows), the basement, the laundry room and two bathrooms. In fact, this was the reason we re-employed Fine Design. Dave again was always present. The work was done to perfection. Even now when someone comes to the house, they cannot believe the work was done three years ago, always noting the outstanding quality of the work. Once again Fine Design did a terrific job on my home's improvements. Dave and Lenny are a great team and very responsive to questions, changes, add ons and scheduling. Not sure what went on with these other reviews. Sometime you just can not satisfy some people no matter what you do. With that being said. My wife and I call Fine Design to give us an estimate on remodeling our kitchen. Dave came over and sat for an hour with us and went over step by step what we would expect from beginning to end. We showed him what we had envisioned and he made us feel confident he would get it right. The remodel took about 3 1/2 weeks to finish 2 days passed the the dead line he gave but still within a reasonable time frame. During that time frame we experienced the teams professionalism and craftsmanship. We couldn't have been happier with the end result. Our vision came to life and all expectations meet. We are so happy that we chose Fine Design Home Improvement to remodel our daughters bedroom. Owner Dave came by for an estimate and gave us a great price. As we looked to replace our kitchen cabinets without totally demolishing the floor and walls we turned to Dave. We used the same dimensions with several upgrades: slide out drawers, recycling buckets and narrow cabinet for cutting boards and cookie pan storage. Dave also suggested turning the island to fit the open floor plan and it looks great. The workers kept the place clean and were respectful as we lived in the house during the construction.
