I called on Thursday for an appointment for my friend and I, the lady on the phone stated they only have 2 facial options, derma planning or hydro facial. I picked one of each for my friend and I. The lady on the phone says they're no longer Haruhi head spa, they are now Nova spa and that they needed a $50 deposit over the phone. Gave her my CC over the phone and facials were booked. Fast forward we get the the appointment yesterday 15 mins early, my friend who has been to this spa says wait there have a whole menu full of items which doesn't include ANY facials we booked. The man at the counter then proceeds to give us said menu and lo and behold none of the 2 facials mentioned over the phone was on the menu. We ended switching up our facials due to new options we weren't told over the phone. The facials did not start on time by ANY MEANS, our appointments were at 11:30am, we were not finished until around 12:50 The facials were VERY LOUD with several long pauses for items to be retrieved, to walk out and go grab items etc. nothing about it was relaxing but the results were FANTASTIC! Our skin looked really great and we will be back. Just hope they figure out all the kinks.
