They have always made sure to take such good care of me/my car in every way they can . I was in an accident in 2019 where I was rear ended . They did all the work through insurance at that time . I ended up having issues with water getting into my car several YEARS later that was related to the accident & without hesitation they asked me to bring it in . They paid for my rental , & took care of the issue . Well the same issue started again (not necessarily an issue with the repair but nonetheless) Again they said "bring us the car & we will have a rental waiting" . They kept my car for TWO months to make SURE the issue was resolved . Leading us to now . Unfortunately here my trunk is , taking in water again !! I call , they say absolutely bring it back , we're going to figure this out ! Well , this time it was due to the installation of my backup camera done recently ! They had ZERO obligation to help me let alone cover the cost ! Had they required payment I would have been out of a car honestly . They not only fixed the shop's mistake from the backup camera , they cleaned the ENTIRE inside of my car to get rid of the mold & mold smell . It is now 6:30 and no one has come back into the office for a half hour. I am moving out of state tomorrow and missed a last happy hour with my friends because of these ass clowns. No apologies given. Update: I've not been waiting almost an hour after close. Then they brought the car out the paint in the repair area was bubbled. They are now buffing it in the parking lot. He was done, but there's still another spot. And, they broke my favorite key chain. But, I have my car!

However, the steps that happened were top of the chart. Liz went above and beyond after hours to walk me through everything that would be occurring. She kept me up to date on my insurance and the driver at faults insurance. She even had to take a check to the tow yard because they weren't doing their part quick enough. I was beyond frazzled after never gone through this process before. But, Liz made me feel like I was number one, despite having many claims she deals with daily. I highly recommend going with a shop that's associated with your insurance so if anything is wrong the insurance will help you out with making sure your vehicle is properly serviced. Forgot to mention that I also had a decent amount of parts missing and there are multiple pictures of the same thing because I had to go back multiple times and I took them each time I had to go back.
