I don't know anything about this sort of stuff so he could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance. After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. I completely recommend both these companies for any waterproofing projects you may find that you need.

Last year they had me pay an additional $1800.00 stating if I do this additional work , for sure the landing will no longer leak. Well they bamboozled me twice alone just on the landing because it still leaks Since February the roof is leaking to the degree the ceiling gave way. Without coming to evaluate they stated its the drain not the roof. They kept making excuse, finally after threats, they came and tar around the drain and fixed the landing. Well they both still continue to leak. I had a plumber/ drain man evaluate and he stated the drain is fine the roof leaked around the drain pipe , he stated one of the pipe was not sealed. The leak had destroyed the plywood around the drain & the apartment is taken in water. I three way the plumber with Alex Stewart and he informed of above. Alex told me he would reach out to his father and get back to me with a plan. I never heard back from him and now it's May. He has not answered calls, text, or emails. So much for the Five year warentee. I have had two other professional roofing company up to evaluate and they have confirmed above. In addition they commented on how they did the entire roof wrong & insist I am going to have more problems. I have reported them to the BBB & soon the NYC licensing and plan to take all kinds of legal action. I have a big headache, complaints from my tenants, leaks and property damage! ! Don't use them!

This was not the first job that NJ's Best Paving has done for us at Tudor Hall. The last job that…read morethey did was the side entranceway to our courtyard. It is made up of all bluestone. They carefully had to reset all the paver bluestone slabs and then reset the steps leading up to the entrance gate. After setting everything in place they used this special grouting material that hardened like concrete and almost matches the bluestone. The job came out so beautiful that we now have to do the other much larger entranceway by demand of the unit owners who are saying how it looks ugly compared to the newly restored area. Like I said earlier they have done a lot of work for us and never a problem. Their work is always done on time if not before the given time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company as well as their sister company Snow Hawk.

Holy !! I had Complete Basement Systems come in and put a French drain and sump pump system in my…read morebasement after I experienced a flood after moving in to my house only 9 days prior. Work was performed clean. The workers were very nice and the system is still going strong and haven't had any issues 8 YEARS LATER. Pump probably runs every time it rains heavy now which only makes me smile. One time investment and a lifetime of peace of mind. Trust me don't deal with the water and leaks and mold just get it done. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that was performed. So glad I put that system in.
