So she took a deep breath and got me the one I wanted .but apparently was mad because I made her get up and walk ten feet. So I will never go back there. When someone comes to this.l country to work ans make a better life for themselves, they should be a bit more respectful and glad that they are able to do that. Just my opinion

I purchased a lash service through Groupon for a hybrid eyelash set at a salon associated with Nail Pro in the Oak Lawn / Hickory Hills area. However, what I actually received looked nothing like hybrid lashes -- it was more like a very poor, extremely thin classic set that barely looked like anything had been done. I explained multiple times what I wanted and even showed the technician photos of hybrid lashes I had previously done at other salons. She told me they use very thin lashes and "don't add too much." I was then told that if I wanted a proper hybrid style, I should go somewhere else. That should have been explained before the service, not after I paid for something I didn't receive. On top of that, while working on my lashes, the technician spent almost the entire appointment chatting nonstop with coworkers, which made the experience feel very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
