They even performed a cognitive test. My audiologist was Patricia and she was great. Then I met with the hearing specialist Savanna. She explained my results and spent a good amount of time discussing hearing aids. I just picked them up yesterday and again met with Savanna. She was amazing! She was so patient and really explained everything in great detail. I left the office with so much information and feel very confident about the care and usage of my hearing aids. They have me coming back in one month for any adjustments I may want as well as showing me how to play music and get phone calls through them. I highly recommend Clear Choice for your hearing issues. Today I came in and they didn't do a test. They said I was there for ear wax check-something I have never had an issue with. They looked in ears with light thing-no wax. She replaced antenna wire on hearing aide-I had no issue-they start to curl-I was told. (My appointment would have been under one minute without wire replacement). I was not charged the $45 copay I usually pay. It was $65. Then, they asked for 5 referrals for hearing checks. I had none. How much did insurance pay if I paid $65. WTH!

Strange.... and some other tests in the hearing booth ..although they were all explained, I wasn't told that they were all separate tests ... Not only is the main medical practitioner, Harinder Singh, a great listener and doctor, but the support staff is incredibly friendly and take their patients and their concerns seriously. There are somevbad reviews on this page but I would note that those were from years ago, with a different doctor. The current staff cannot be recommended highly enough. My medical needs are complicated and frustrating, but they are helping me get through this and get better!
