On the morning of November 15, I received a text and an email from the company that reminded me that the appointment was scheduled. Of course, nobody showed up. When I contacted the company, I to see if there was a problem, they said I was not on their schedule. "Oh, that's just out website," I was told when I said I had a reminder from them. I still don't understand. Why would they allow scheduling online and then forget you?
