Was lucky to find Jon at Finish EFX as they are a huge upgrade for price, delivery & quality than the last couple of auto paint shops I have used. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jon is experienced and professional and is very responsive.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In addition his price was good and I had my car back as advertised in 3 days. He also buffed out some scuffs and scratches no charge and did some minor touch up painting on some small nicks at no extra charge. Car was also washed. Location is not in some Jenky back alley either. Professional operation. He was repainting some failed effort by Caliber collision in Torrance. Better than Privilege Paint as well and less expensive by a third. Don't want to get more paint work done but if I do I will be back to see Jon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jon was extremely helpful with helping me fix up my Tesla Model Y after it got scratched up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was my first time having to deal with insurances and adjustors, but he was able to carefully guide me with the process.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The waiting process itself took about twice as long as the estimate I was given, but that was expected dealing with my Tesla insurance. He took the initiative to deal with the back and forth with the insurance, so there was minimal work from myself. He was also very experienced with helping me make my claim and getting my rental while waiting. Overall, great experience with Jon and Finish EFX. This is my first new car in 20 years and I really wanted to make it look good. I had chrome delete done which was done through a combination of vinyl wrap for window trim, side mirrors and roof rails, paint on grill and bumper. John was great to work with. He was professional and the process was a breeze. He had great recommendations such as going with the satin black on the trim instead of glossy and color matching the grill and the other black plastic parts rather than going with glossy black. Love how it turned out. I also appreciate John being honest about the amount of time it would take since painting the different areas was going to take a little longer to get just right as well as drying completely, along with the time to complete the vinyl. I like that he didn't rush the job and it was completed when he told me it would be done. On top of all that John was great to communicate with. If I had a question I was able to text him while my car was being worked on and he responded very quickly. I highly recommend Finish EFX. read more

Predicated upon the positive feedback on Yelp, I took my 2012 Ram 3500 in for an estimate to repair damage to the entire passenger side of the vehicle. Jon (and later Ivette) quickly and graciously met and shared his assessment of the damages and walked me through the repair process and timing. Per Jon's advice, I ended leaving my truck there to expedite the inspection by my insurance adjuster and subsequent start of repairs. Ten days later, I returned to pick my truck and COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED with the work they performed! Finished EFX managed to make my 12 year old truck look BRAND NEW. And just like another satisfied customer posted, Jon even took the time and effort to detail the entire vehicle!
