We take our time, try on as many and as often as we need to. They have shoe horns available, and peds for the feet if you should need them. I have found the salespeople to be friendly and helpful. I got the other kind. They didn't have proper change and had to give me a bunch of small coins. The cheaper cleaner made my shoes worse instead of better. I returned on a weekday to do my return and they still didn't have a proper change drawer. The clerk called the manager who refused to open the second register and made him walk over to an adjacent business to get change for a $20.00. Then he tried to short me 3 cents on my refund because he did not have enough pennies and didn't want to just give me a nickel. Finally he found a roll of pennies and reluctantly opened it and gave me the rest of my refund. They asked me to sign a return receipt with a pen that had no ink in it. I scratched at the paper. With the closure of two anchors at this mall this store, deserted and not managed professionally, should go belly up soon.
