I gave this establishment more chances than they deserved, quite frankly. They are so beyond rude and care very little about their customers needs. Heaven forbid you ask them to do anything they deem unnecessary. They will make it known that any correction or request is outlandish and annoying. I realized months ago, that appointments are completely pointless in making. You wait anywhere from 15 mins to a half hour any time you make an apt. Walk in's give you a better chance of shorter wait times. I vowed not to go back the last time they were so harsh with my young daughters. They are all awful quite frankly, and I'm relieved to be giving my business to someone else. read more

A mani/pedi for $56?!? Not sure what has happened to the going rate for a standard mani/pedi, but today I was charged $56 for one. Highway robbery for Lodi. I was in town to visit my parents and came in to treat myself. $70 later (because it's rude not to tip)... it wasn't even that great of a polish job to warrant $74. I will not be returning. Suffice it to say, I will patron the salon that I go to in San Francisco. There I'm greeted with hot tea, a lavender neck pillow and a great service for $40 ($50 with a tip). read more

Wonderful! Absolutely love my pedicure and fill. Both Kathy and Sophia did an amazing job. Kathy paid great attention to my feet and the massage felt great. Sophia did an excellent job on my fill and fixed my nails from my previous nail spot. She was quick, efficient and attentive and my nails look the best they ever have. I have been here twice now and the service the first time i went was good so I came today for a second time to get acrylics for prom. I didn't mind waiting to get my nails done but once they started it felt very rushed. The lady who did my nails was Sophia and I truly don't recommend her. When she was filing my nail down with the drill she went a little hard on two of my fingers and they hurt now. But for the most part the actual acrylics are good. the paint job was very rushed and they didn't apply a top coat until I was already drying my nails. When they applied the top coat on my right hand i accidentally messed up 2 of my nails and asked if they could fix it which they did and I finished drying them and left. However when I left, I noticed that my left hand looked horrible and I couldn't think of a reason why. On all my nails, the top coat doesn't actually cover the regular coat and they look very messed up. My mom called and told them that we were not happy with the service we received and they offered to fix them for free and to just send pictures of my nails. Upon sending pictures of my nails, they began to blame me for the quality of the paint job on my nails. there were bubbles and ripples on the nails of my left hand that I cant even explain. They lied to my mom and told her that they fixed my nails a total of 3 different times while they only did that once. Also, the hand that was the most messed up was my left hand while the only two fingers that they fixed ONE TIME was on my right hand. Once my mom confronted them about this, they took back their offer on redoing my nails and now I will have to go to prom with messed up nails. I will never go back again and encourage everyone else to not give their money to this establishment solely for their approach at addressing a customer complaint. I am at least happy that I won't be wasting any more of my money and time there. read more

Unfortunately I will not come back here. Came in on a sunday, (only place open) everything seemed fine. Very busy, friendly faces, and customers talking about how great the service was, I was prepared for a treat... I requested a full set of acrylics, no gel just the normal set. I got two colors (every other nail) and apparently that cost me 10$ extra. Everything seemed fine till I requested the nails be pointed (I've been getting pointed nails for 3 years) "no problem" she said... She must have put the wrong size nails on because they didnt even come close to covering my nail underneath. Both sides of my actual nail was showing underneath!! She then proceeded to try and fix her mistake by vigorously filing down the sides of my nails which was so painful I told her it was hurting and she just said "oh I'm sorry" and continued till she cut me and I started bleeding, this happened 5 TIMES!!! She cut me 5 times!! With a nail file! She put some kind of glue stuff on the cuts to stop the bleeding and continued. At the end the nails looked very thin and may have been beautiful if they had at all covered my nail underneath. To top it all off and what pushed me to write this review is the fact that after not even 2 weeks my nail broke this morning. I will NEVER be back to this establishment. I mean at least hire people who know what they are doing. read more

I couldn't believe the nail tech doing my pedicure used all unsanitary and reused tools on me... it started with the cotton to remove my polish - it was pre used with someone else's polish. Then the nail buffer... it was so used down it was almost to shreds, these cost 50 cents and I'm paying 55 for a pedicure I think they can afford a new one. Then the tools... not sanitary at all. They were "cleaned" in my tub with my pedicure water! Lastly, the $1 foam toe separator was pulled out of her apron and stretched out, considering how she "cleaned" the other items I don't think these were cleaned in between uses ! read more

So I was forced to come here after my regular nail salon turned me away at 6:30. They close at 7 and told me they didn't have time. So I got on Yelp to look for another salon near by. I found this one with great reviews so I went! I am so glad that I did! This place is so relaxing and the staff were very professional! I loved the ambiance. The water fall was a nice touch in the middle of the room. The pedicure chairs looked super comfy, I'm going there for my next one! My gel manicure was perfect! They had every color available and they all had matching toe nail polish! I'll be coming here from now on! read more

I came in this morning for a pedicure, no one would give me eye contact, finally when they did acknowledge me and take me to the back, Kathy gave me my pedicure. I was very happy with the massage but she didn't make eye contact, talk or even ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. I waited because I assumed she would at some point ask or try to up sell me and I would of agreed, I actually wanted a top paid pedicure... But nope. No asking, she gave me a basic pedicure, did not get the rough spots off my feet, and did not talk to me the entire time. She did talk in her native language to her fellow co workers the whole experience but nothing to me. Didn't ask if I wanted a manicure either, so I just paid for the basic and left. Used to come here once a month for a gel manicure (usually lasted three weeks). The last four times I've been in my GEL manicure has last a week and a half tops. The quality of this place has gone downhill. Don't come here if you don't want to be obviously gossiped about, they have a very catty staff. read more

I am giving this place 2 stars because they fall somewhere in the middle really. I've gone there and had excellent experiences and I've gone there and had terrible experiences. The only reason I even go back now is because this salon is located 0.25 miles from my home, so it is out of sheer convenience. I have to comment on the experience I had today. I went in for a pedicure and was told to choose my color and was escorted to a spa chair (standard stuff). I submerged my feet in the water and reflexively pulled them out and shrieked because the water was 300+ degrees (okay, I am exaggerating). I absolutely LOVE hot water; I take baths at temperatures other people find excruciatingly hot. So if this water was hot enough to make me jump - it was hot. I usually don't complain about the temperature because I don't want to be that annoying "picky" customer, but to avoid 3rd degree burns, I asked the nail stylist to add some cold water. When I dipped my feet back in, it was freezing cold and that is the temperature it stayed at for the remainder of my pedicure (seriously - is there no in between?). The nail stylist never apologized for burning my feet (like they are seriously still hurting at home as I write this), and I realized later on it is because she speaks absolutely ZERO English. As my pedicure progressed, it continued to go downhill. The stylist was so passive and sloppy. She pick up my foot with limp hands and sluggishly passed tools across my toes, accomplishing absolutely nothing. I could barely feel her touching my feet and there was no intent in her movements as she attempted to trim my cuticles or shape my nails. However, it got worse. She then decided to squirt what looked like a bottle of canola oil across my legs, slather it around, and begin a "massage," which basically consisted of her dragging her hands across my legs and feet for maybe 15 minutes or so. Her hands were so flaccid, with zero grip; it was basically her just spreading oil across my skin the whole time, which I could do at home for free! The way she touched me was so weird, it made my skin crawl. At one point she just sat there with her hands wrapped around my foot and continued to slide her hands up and down repetitively. She could honestly use those skills to make money in a more lucrative industry (if you catch my drift). After the pedicure, she grunted and pointed to a chair where I could sit under UV lights and wait for the nail polish to dry. I honestly probably only sat there for 2 minutes and then bounced; the thought of being there any longer was so unbearable I didn't even care if my nails got messed up. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this experience today at all - I wish I would have just put on some pj's, opened a bottle of wine, and performed my own pedicure at home. read more

I would have given this place five stars, everything was great from the time I walked in to the time I left. Kathy was awesome she did a great job on my nails and her massages were out of this world.I love the fact that they wear name tags....now for the worst part...the way they sanitize their tools. They basically dip a brush in sanitizer and very quickly brush off the tools they just used, along with a quick wash of the tub with a used sponge and hand soap I am not a state inspector but I am pretty sure that those tools and that tub need to be cleaned a little bit better!!! I scored them so low because I am very skeptical of the cleanliness of the tools and the fact that they aren't sanitizing appropriately...but otherwise I guess if you bring your own tools this is the place to go!!!! read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Usually don't come here but needed a pedicure and walked in. Won't be back. Technician trimmed and filed my toe nails super short. She used a filed from her apron pocket that was already well used. Kept nicking me when she was trimming my cuticles. Finally said something when she ran a metal tool under neath my toe nail and hurt! I grabbed my foot and said that hurt. She got irritated with me and told me to wash my hands after I grabbed my foot. Now four days later both my big toes are throbbing and I'm reminded of it every time I take a step. We had appointments on Mother's Day for pedicures. They did a normal nice job. I was finished first and paid for them while sitting at the dryers. They attempted to charge the others separately and said I hadn't paid for everyone! There was confusion between the workers and finally when the boss came over the employee I paid admitted that I had in fact given her the correct amount!!!! She acted confused and tried to say she thought I was giving her a tip (of over $31!!!!!) not paying for the last pedicure. ( I hadn't tipped yet because I needed to tip multiple employees) maybe she thought I wasn't going to tip? Once the boss realized that she had lied she apologized quite a bit and the employee disappeared to the back. The boss was embarrassed and nice but the employee was absolutely trying to rip me off and also charge my elderly mother. There are plenty of places in town, I would say pick another. Do not and I repeat DO NOT EVER get pedicures here. This was the only place I'd ever gotten pedicures done at for about 2 years from 2015-2017, and in 2017 I got plantar warts. I've had them ever since. I've gotten them treated a total of 6 different times and currently on the 7th treatment and now my plantar warts turned into a severe foot infection. I never intended to write a bad review about them, however, after talking to precious nail techs they've told me horror stories of others whom have had pedicure services here. Cookie Cutter. They are clean and they certainly have a well-oiled system which makes for convenient, last minute appointments. However, it's a fight to get them to cater to the client's personal preferences and they are intolerant of input making the client feel as if they are inconveniencing the technician. I seriously love Finishing Touch! After moving back to town, I needed to find a pedi place and this is it! Kathy is AMAZING! She's so precise and is very meticulous with her work. Her massages are awesome and she makes sure all my toes are perfect (even the little teeny tiny ones that barely have a nail). I come here every 2-3 weeks and I'm one of those jerks who makes it in at the very last minute before they close, but they're always super accommodating. If Kathy isn't available, Queen is awesome, too. Highly, highly recommend. read more

Love this shop! Everyone I met there is friendly. I've had two different technicians work on my nails and they were both excellent! I like that they don't use those electric sanders on my nails. I know they say it doesn't hurt them, but it does my nails. They get very thin and break easily when sanded with those little drills. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends. read more

I come here for my nail lady who is great I followed her here but i dont want her to get in trouble. This was my first pedicure but it was so awkward and an incredibly uncomfortable experience! Rude as ! And they intend on raising their prices! They did a horrible paint job on my little girls toes and now I read people get warts there! OMG IF SHE DOES!! It will not be good for them!
