We live in Georgia and have grandchildren (that we really miss) in California whenever we visit them we stay in a hotel for six to eight weeks. My son who is one of those people that can do all kinds of math in his head told us one day "you know you could have paid cash for a trailer with the amount of money you spent on hotels for the last three years!" Of course it is now time to start looking at travel trailers. Surprising to me now there is a thing called a destination trailer. This is perfect for what we need of course I want the one with the fireplace, air fryer, washer & dryer, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Easy to find in the south not so easy to find in California. My son found one at the Camping World in Arizona. Mr. Axel was our salesman he is extremely easy to work with and called us back with answers for the many questions we had. He even gave us his phone number so that we could make a group text to contact him whenever we wanted to. The next person we met there was Joe. Mr. Joe made it extremely easy for us to get our insurance on the new trailer. All he did was extremely helpful and I really appreciate the information he shared. The next person we met was Mario. Mr. Mario gave us an orientation on the trailer. He was thorough, informative, friendly, and professional. He reminded us of our super smart son. The last person we met was Brad. Mr. Brad was the man that brought the trailer to us. He called us the night before he left and told us he would be there by 5 PM the next day, at 9:00, on day of delivery he called us and said he had an updated delivery time of 4:00, around 2:30 in the afternoon he sent us a text that said he would be there at 3:30 at 3:33. He rolled up right to our property took that long, long trailer and placed it where we needed it to be with no complaint. He was on time he was personable. He was fun to talk to. UPDATE -- PLEASE READ I'm updating this review because this situation remains unresolved. Camping World installed the hitch and inspected my unit before my trip. Roughly 400 miles into that trip, my trailer separated from my truck. I have retained photos, emails, messages, and recorded conversations with Camping World employees and managers that include statements acknowledging fault and responsibility related to what occurred. I have preserved this documentation and am prepared to provide it through the appropriate channels if necessary. Regarding contact from Camping World, Mike Hausy did reach out today and apologized for not meeting with me during his visit to Arizona. He stated that he was unaware I had come to the location during his visit. I had gone to the location three times attempting to meet with him and spent hours there while I was told he was in meetings or otherwise occupied. Later, I received an email offering to unwind the deal and refund my deposit. That email did not address my motorcycle, other damages, or additional financial expenses I have incurred. I responded in writing asking for clarification regarding those outstanding issues and, as of close of business today, I have not received a response addressing them. Additionally, Sergio from Camping World Avondale called me today at 3:22 PM and asked whether Camping World had taken care of me. When I asked whether he was aware of the situation, he told me he was calling as a friend and not on behalf of Camping World. I thanked him for his concern and asked that he not contact me further because I am preparing to pursue this matter through other appropriate channels. As of close of business today, the agreed-upon opportunity to resolve this matter has passed without a complete response addressing the outstanding issues. If Camping World contacts me with substantive information or a resolution, I will update this review accordingly. Likewise, any future updates I make will continue to be based on my firsthand experience and the documentation I have retained. At this point, I am preparing to pursue the legal options available to me. Everything stated here is intended to document my experience factually. I have given Camping World the opportunity to address this directly. I had hoped we could reach a reasonable resolution without taking this further. read more

This location does not like to pay their employees for jobs worked. The service manage John makes the technicians work on customers RV's without work orders, without customers and manufactures approvals then refuses to pay. Also the technicians do training required and again refuse to pay the technicians. I do not recommend any RV technician work here. the service manager does not care not does he trust the technicians working for him. read more

My Mother purchased a used RV here and it has been a complete NIGHTMARE!!!! She wasn't just purchasing a weekend/summer toy she was purchasing a HOME on wheels. From the very beginning they were working corners and hiding things. The First being we were not informed the RV she was getting did not have a generator until our service walk through, but was told that they had a new one and was just waiting on a part that had been on back order but that they could order in a week or two. Now, everyone knew my mom was getting this RV and we were driving straight to Kansas. Kansas is homebase. They told her that they would ship the generator to the nearest Camping World to us and they would install it, no problem. So when we get to the Finance office and they wanted her to sign the "We Owe" page, I told them they need to list the generator before signing which he did. By just writing GENERATOR across the whole page, ok whatever mom signs. We get in the RV and start to drive through the beautiful mountains of Arizona, and even took a route around some (for gas saving measures). We notice that it really is not shifting great, UH OH!! But we think maybe it just the mountains..... NO. We do make it to Kansas where it was windy, so windy that the awning on the driver side got pulled out due to rusty screws. Now mind you this is day two and the awning has never even been extended since before we left the Dealership. We left on Friday evening and got to Wichita, KS by Sunday and then drove it to Tulsa by Monday. So within the 3 day time frame and with my mom getting and extended warranty. Avondale is refusing to pay for the awning and 5 months into this mess now, they do not answer phones or return calls from us or the Tulsa dealership. I have called corporate and got them involved and I will keep calling until someone makes this right because at this rate I do not know how they are still open and in operating business. read more

just purchased my first RV 2025 heartland mallard and its brand new when we did the walk through the Rv was damaged and had some broken pieces the technician was supposed to fix and still on our first trip you can see how poorly the RV was build not happy and have trips planned out for in a month, now we are nervous if the RV is just going to be a head ache. Our sales person was somewhat helpful but full of it too. not happy how things are going and nervous bout not having the RV ready to go on our planned trip. expected better out of this dealership , not pleased on how the RV is built and just took it out on the first trip tub is coming apart from wall , vinyl floor is lifting, awning is ripped off the wall holes drilled unnecessary, cabinets not latching properly, exterior panels screws coming out and toilet is leaking water and door has to shut hard to close. not happy read more

I decided to consign my RV with them and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business. To start, they priced it too high, so obviously it's not gonna sell. Their new RVs were priced better. Doesn't make sense. That's not even the bad part. Terrible customer service. No one ever calls you back and nobody at the dealer knows about consignments. Finally someone calls me back after a month of phone tag, driving into the dealer and getting turned away. I tell them I want to cancel the consignment and they agreed. I show up to pick up my RV and it's missing a piece of equipment. They refused to replace it even though they admitted to losing it or throwing it away. I had to pay them $300 to replace the part just to be able to get the RV off their lot. Ridiculous. Felt like I was being scammed. UPDATE: I did what you said and someone called me and told me they would for certain call me back the next day. No one ever called. I had a little bit of hope but I should have known better. We used Camping World - Avondale to put our 2015 Little Guy T@G on consignment with them for sale. After filling out a quick form and uploading several photos, Michael Montoya reached out to me to explain the process. He advised their consignment success rate is 90%. There are no hidden fees. They upload photos and videos on their website and several other local RV trader websites to get more traffic to your ad. Michael explained everything thoroughly and then delivered us eForms right to our email to digitally sign. We dropped off our camper a few days later. The process was so simple and everyone was so nice. It only took a week and a half for us to get an offer on our camper. Danny called me to let me know what the seller offered us which is more than what we initially thought we'd get - even with a private seller. Another week and half later, we had a certified check sent via FedEx overnight delivery to our house. Incredibly easy and recommended. We likely could have net a bit more selling privately, however, with the sheer volume of scams and people looking to ruin you financially on Craigslist and Marketplace - I had no issues using Camping World as a consignment dealer for us. They handled all of the paperwork and did all of the heavy lifting. They did the title transfer and it was amazing. I only knocked off one star as there were a couple of points where I felt like the communication could have been a bit better. I.E., when Danny called me to tell me there was an offer, he said he'd be in touch with further instructions. Unfortunately, we never heard from him until we called requesting an update. And again, after it sold, we never really got further instructions on what we needed to do on our end. Are we OK to cancel our insurance now? Is the camper officially out of our name? Has the title been transferred? Do I need to pick up the old license plate or is it destroyed? Those may seem like silly questions, but I've never sold a travel trailer in my life. Unfortunately, I'm unsure how that part of it works. Not an emergency by any stretch, but those are things that could have likely been explained. Just over a year ago my wife and I decided to purchase a pull behind trailer. We were immediately inundated with marketing from Camping World. They do an amazing job of dominating the marketing. We went to Camping World in Avondale. We had a great salesman. We purchased a new Colman Rubicon 1682 BH. We named her Ruby. There were several warranty issues that we needed fixed. I brought Ruby in on 3 separate occasions to get the things fixed. The last time was around November 11th. I called them a month later to let them know I needed it and would pick it up on Dec 13th. I was informed that they didn't know they had it and none of the work was done. I was pissed. I came to pick it up and I was not able to because they had bent the tongue jack and it would not function. I was assured all my work would be done and not to worry. I told them I needed it in late April for a camping trip. I called in early March to get an update and to remind them I needed it April 19th. They said the would get the parts ordered and get it done. WTF? YOU HAVE HAD IT FOR 5 MONTHS AND HAVE NOT ORDERED THE PARTS. Unbelievable! I called 2 weeks later to get an update and remind them I needed it April 19th. I even spoke to a manger expressing my displeasure. He again assured me that it would be done. I called on the 18th to set an appointment to pick it up the next day. I was told it wasn't done and the service tech said he would look at the work order. THEY HADN'T STARTED. I asked to speak to the general manager. I got someone else. 6 months the have had it. The said they would get everything done that they could but the parts have not yet arrived. HOW IN THE F... IS THIS POSSIBLE? I said you have had it 6 months. You can't use that excuse. 6 months. We need until the 23rd. I was even told by Matt, some manger, that the drawer would be fixed and everything else except the cabinets, as they have not arrived. OK I said. I came to pick it up. They did wash it and charge the batteries. The batteries won't hold a charge. Thank you. However, nothing was fixed except a pin in the stairs and a fist size hole was filled. Not the drawer, not the delamination, nothing. In fact my batteries were completely shot. My inverter is fried, there is damage to the outside. I called the manager on duty and was told the general manager would call me back to rectify this. SURPRISE!!! NEVER CALLED. They had my camper more than I did the last year. When I got it back it was in worse shape then I dropped it off. I have already paid $800 for new batteries. They should be covered by the warranty. I am hoping I can get my inverter fixed before my up coming road trip. It should be covered by warranty as well, but I do not trust camping world. They are incompetent! I will never go to Camping World again. I don't know what to do. Camping Word is the worst. I do not know how they stay in business. Please don't waste your money there. Share this. read more

This is a horrible company to deal with. My salesman, Hector, was great but it's been a nightmare with the Camping World in Avondale, AZ and the staff since. I put the down payment down on 10-31-2024. I started having problems from day one when I went to pick up the Camper on 11-6-2024. They said it was not ready and then told me I did not have an appointment. I contacted Hector and he did show where I was scheduled to pick the Camper up. Then, they lied and said they tried to call me but no response and no way to leave a message. Which was a blatant lie. I had an issue arise the second week I had the Keystone. It has been one ongoing lie after another. I have a complete timeframe of all the dates I've called and was put on extended hold or told they could not help me and even the person had not voicemail they could send me to. I keep getting told they will call me and of course I get no call back. Now, the dealership will not contact me back at all. At one point, the service manager, Matt, told me to call Keystone myself because he said it would be better than him calling to get the camper fixed. I even purchase the extended warranty at the time of purchase, which is supposed to cover anything on the camper and they still will not fix my camper. read more

Ryan Kay was a fabulous sales person! He was very friendly, warm and welcoming. He took the time to ask us what we were looking for, then took us to every travel trailer in the lot that for that description so we could find the perfect fit for us. He was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and was patient as we walked through each travel trailer. Once we narrowed down our options between our top 2, we asked him if he could take us back out so we could look at them one more time before making a decision. Even though it was a very warm day that day, he was more than happy to take us back out and offered us some cold water bottles for the ride back out. Monty did our final walk through of our new travel trailer. He was very friendly and shared in our excitement for our new purchase. While my husband was very knowledgeable about travel trailers going into this, this was my very first experience, so I had lots of questions. Monty was not only very thorough with the walk through, but he did an amazing job explaining each feature on the travel trailer in a way that I could understand as a first time buyer with no previous knowledge of travel trailers. Chris handled all of our financing. He was friendly and took the time to walk us through all of our options and gave us all the information that we needed know about our travel trailer coverage and potential added features. He walked us through additional protection and resources for our travel trailer and helped us in making the decision of what was best for us. As first time travel trailer buyers, ending our experience in the Camping World store was fun and exciting! They had an awesome sale going on which allowed us to get a lot of what we needed at a discount. Anisa helped us with the essentials that we needed right away for the travel trailer. She was friendly and was great at explaining the differences between different brands of products and answering our questions. I would rate our experience at Camping World in Avondale 10/10! Camping world has the worst service. Bought a 2022 fifthwheel toyhauler in March 2024 was told everything would be working, added 2 brand new batteries. Batteries do not hold a charge. Took it back July 4 2024 were it sat until today. Problem still not fixed. Basically they told me to come get it they are done. Wrote the CEO 13 emails. Not one response talked to upper management was given the run around. I will never buy from camping world again. Terrible Terrible Terrible service. read more

I will start off by saying everybodys experience at a business is unique. For me, Matt, Schontel, Russ, Jay "jose" ;) and the rest of the crew were LIFE SAVERS. They welcomed me into their family and after 5 days joked I should get my first paycheck for managing the waiting room. The manager of this store just bought me lunch (day 8) and insisted. The regional/general manager stopped by personally and worked on my coach. Salt of the earth folks. Backstory: I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a 2024 Thor Motorcoach from the worst dealer on the planet (not CW) and the brand new 0 miles Ford 10spd exploded as I drove off the lot. Selling dealer washed their hands of it and handed me off to Ford. Ford took 3 weeks to fix it, this was my primary residence (why I purchased brand new) and I was forced to live behind the Ford dealer for 3 weeks while disabled. Once it finally was on the road, I made it about another 200 miles before the Flex Power Generator ate itself (turns out Thor overfilled it with an extra quart of oil and it likely hydrolocked). I wont go into extreme detail but then the Transfer Switch, Converter, Fridge, Charging system, Water heater....they all failed one by one. I lucked into landing in Avondale Arizona and Thor directed me to their dealer network. Nobody had a spot except my awesome new service advisor/friend Schontel, she heard my story and moved me right into an appt. Thor promised to expedite a new Generator and Fridge, and I've been stuck here for 8 days waiting for their "expediting". I ponied up and paid out of pocket for a proper Onan to replace the "Wish" spec Power Flex that Thor didn't even properly plumb and hydrolocked. Long story short CW Avondale had the customers back even when Bishs Meridian and Thor Motorcoach and Ford all left me out to dry. DO NOT HESITATE to bring your business here, they will treat you like family and fix even other folks' mistakes. I will only bring my Motorhome to CW Avondale from here forward!!!!!!! read more

I wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased my RV fro them. As far as I am concerned they are not to be trusted. They lie and hide problems with the rv. We had problems with the slide. We were told it was because the battery was low. We actually purchase a new battery and it seemed to fix the problem. Two days on the road found the slide was actually trash. This is a 2021 rv with 13000 miles, how much could be bad? Yet they tried to sale me an extended warranty for $14000.00. That should of been the warning sign. When I called them they said I should of purchased the extended warranty. The response is typical. I did contact headquarters. I had to leave several messages with no response. Summary for the Service Department: if negative stars were an option, they would be negative. If you want to take your trailer in, never get a call back for their assessment of what repairs are needed, never want to attempt to go through warranty, never order the parts at all after weeks, have your phone calls ignored every single time you call to check, have to go in-person to talk to anyone, and have them hand you back a damaged trailer that they broke... then THIS is the place for you! Long review: Service employees provided ZERO updates to us, even when we would call to ask. We were told we could get a call in 5-7 days after the assessment was done... we waited 2 weeks and still no call. We called, they never returned calls. We had to go in person on the 15th day to learn they never even looked at the camper. After that, We would call them for updates on parts order and warranty and were repeatedly told someone would call us back the same day, no one ever called. The only way we were able to talk to anyone about our RV status was if we physically went into the store. We were going to replace an emergency window on our trailer and after 3 weeks, they still hadn't even ordered the part even after being told to order it. We asked them on day 15 to order the parts and also check with our warranty... when I went in person a week later, I learned they never checked with warranty and never placed the order for parts. We told them we wanted to pick up the trailer while we waited for parts and when they brought it to the front; they had damaged the tongue Jack to our sway bar system to the point it couldn't even be lowered onto the hitch of the truck. They said they would replace it and when we called repeatedly to check on the status, we never got a call back. Then finally they tell us the tongue Jack will be 6 weeks because they were going to order it instead of giving us one from the floor (which they DO sell because we bought it from there). I had to go in person to ask for a manager (George) who told me the damage wasn't even documented in their system by the service guy (Steven)...the manager said he would have it ready for pick up the next day and he told the parts techs to order our parts that still hadn't been ordered yet..... When we went to pick the trailer up, they said they had no knowledge of it needing to be replaced with a floor model and the damaged tongue Jack was still on the trailer... the service tech said the manager never told them to replace it. The service tech told us to come back for it in a few hours and we could take it with the replaced tongue Jack.. when we came back for it, we found out they had lost our camper key! We had to pick it up with no key, unable to get into the camper at all. Then we had to wait several days for the service tech to be back from his days off to locate our key.... Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Zero communication, zero accountability, they don't care about their customers, they never answer their phones...when I expressed my frustration, I was told they had a lot of customers so this was the standard for them....... Needless to say we told them to cancel the parts order and we took it to another company, who already within 5 days has the parts ordered for WAY cheaper. Save your money, your time, your energy and your sanity and go somewhere else. read more

First let me start by saying, do not buy from this place and do not get service. They had my RV for a year and when I finally got it back it was in worst shape than when I dropped it off. The location I used was in Mesa Arizona. When I went to look at the RV before taking it from them I noticed they had removed my couch and installed an older couch. When I called them out on it they told me they had not done it. Remeber to always have pictures of everything before dropping it off anywhere. They found out a tech had removed it but offered no reason for it. Then they damaged the couch sometime during the removal and install. They told me they would have the mobile repair person come out and never contacted me again. Some of the repairs they performed failed again immediately after I took it. The work performed was of poor quality and when I got it back I found pins for the ladder missing and they replaced with an old set. After they reinstalled the couch it was not set correctly and the back of the reclining chair has hit and locked off the trim behind it. I noticed the steps to the rear door had been spray painted sometime during the time they had it, this unit was only a year old and had never had any damage to the step so I can only assume they damaged or replaced it with different steps. The quality of the trailer, and I know they have nothing to do with this, but the quality was not in my opinion anywhere worth what they sold it for. I have had nothing but issues and promises from them that never got fulfilled. They will tell you what you want to hear then drop you like a hot potato. read more

My motorhome has been in the dealership here since Jan 2 to fix 19 warranty items Today May 13th: only a few of these items were fixed after being told by the service Advisor and Service Advisor Manager last Wednesday that all but one item was outstanding... we are airing now as a tech is fixing a few of these items as we wait to depart and pack to drive all the way to eastern Canada from Goodyear Az. I will never recommend this place and I fact discourage anyone from coming here. Atmosphere and service is terrible and I'm being polite. There is ZERO star rating deserving of this dealership. Good afternoon, ISSUES-all noticed 1st day of delivery at the park(also documented by RV repair man who came out the day of delivery Battery Wiring Hydraulic Motor Slides Hot Water Heater Leaking Fuel Leak at the tank Water Leak at Hose The refrigerator does not work Toilet Leaking and cracked damage to the floor The awning above the doorway did not open Leak at the drain for grey water dripping when closed Generator Drip Pan 1/2 inch of oil in it Dishwasher not operating Called and sent a text the night we picked up the RV about the power issues, we had planned on keeping the RV at Cotton Lane RV Park for the weekend to practice setting up and getting familiar with the RV before taking it out on the road. We hooked everything up and went to dinner, came back and the batteries were dead, no power, feeling it was the power box at the park we had them come replace both the power box and the line running into it, only to find out it was the RV. Calling the dealership and salesman to ask for assistance no help at all. We then called RV Repair person to come look at it, paid for RV appt and repair and he was able to place a temporary switch to bypass the electrical so at least we could have power, called the Camping World finance manager to advise of the situation and referred us to the 800 number no help there either. Had appt 2 weeks later to get the refrigerator repaired and a few of the other items noted, could not get the tip outs in to bring into Camping World, said due to power issues could not get tip outs in unable bring down the 6 miles to Avondale from RV Campground and asked if a Tech could come out, was told NOT an option and to call the 800 number. Worked for 3 hours with 800 numbers and no resolution, again it sits. Called the RV Mechanic who serviced the unit the day after we purchased it he was unable to make it out until 16 December. In the meantime on December 13th, after my wife wrote up the review to Good Sam of our horrible experience I received a call from the General Manager who said he would check with Service and give me a callback, as of today still no call return and it's the 02/07/2025 December 16, 2024 RV mechanic came out stating the hydraulic pump is shot, he will have to order the pump and will take appx 30 days to receive and then have installed, so now we are looking at another month, keeping in mind we purchased this vehicle on Oct 24th and it has been driven 6 miles from Avondale to Cotton Lane RV park where it has remained unusable. We paid 375.00 for his first service call the day after we picked up the RV plus parts now we have a 2nd appointment that is still waiting for the bill, on top of Cotton Lane RV Park which is charging us 780.00 a month due to high season since we are unable to move the Motorhome we had to pay that for November, December and now January. We are unable to move or have towed due to a tip-out issue and Camping World has done nothing to assist us from day 1 other than to take our money after we arranged financing for them. We are huge fans of your show but as a retired businessman myself these kids you have running your Camping World are horrible, no information on current RV's and to tell you the truth, they shift you to other salesmen who know nothing of what I had just spent 5 minutes asking about. So I start over to be placed on hold and someone else answers and I start over. No this was not just a ONE TIME EXPERIENCE, it was every time I called. Worse is the Followup where I receive calls back from your company asking what I'm looking for... to tell the truth I'm looking for a company that has their act together. This review is mostly for service, which was awful. The parts supply seems good, although over-priced. I had made an appointment for a specific time to have my RV looked at. I showed up early, and nobody knew about it. They all even seemed surprised. They told me to wait for my specific service advisor who would know, but he was out. He got to me about 25 minutes after the appointment time, finally. He had no idea who I was or why I was there. Mind you, I showed him the email from Camping World with my appointment info in it, and his name at the bottom. I had been promised a quick look at the RV so they could start a warranty claim. I had already had someone else at Camping World document it and get pictures, but that was all lost somehow, and now I was starting over. So another person told me they would minimize my wait and downtime ("if we have the parts we will fix it right away"). Nope! The guy who "helped" me literally said "we don't work that way" and told me they wouldn't even look at it for 4-5 working days. I had planned to use it that weekend, which is why I had it all pre-scheduled (or so I thought). Both CW locations are kind of far from me. Ok, if you're like me you dread stepping foot onto any sales lot and getting attacked by some desperate sales person willing to do anything to make a sale. Well, my wife & I literally snuck onto the Camping World lot and successfully evaded detection for 20+ minutes, walking into several RVs, blissfully alone, to take our time in our search, and them BAM, outta nowhere we got caught... it was a brutally honest, straightforward sales person named Michelle Pelton. Not only did she give it to us straight, she herself is an incredibly knowledgeable RV'er herself having spent several years on the road driving her own RV. Michelle actually took time with us despite telling her we are new to the RV world and had ZERO intentions of buying this trip, or anytime soon. She took us into the RV we liked and artfully explained the pros & cons until WE were satisfied. When we are ready to make our purchse, it's Michelle we will hunt down to help seal the deal. I only gave 1 start because you need to! No stars! I could go on and on about how much I hate Camping World, but it looks like everyone else has done it for me. I will go to my grave angry with myself for not looking at reviews before making our purchase. Oh yeah and the Contact Marcus option is just an operator that directs you to your local store. Lies, money grabs, lies-and AWFUL service hours. Sales is open until 7pm. They certainly get those RVS off the lot at all hours, but service open only takes in campers until 3:30. What working person can do this as often as you have to! I travel more to camping world for service issues than I have camping. Welp, onto my 7th 2 hours trip in the middle of a work day to camping world to get a part that was put on 10 days ago fixed because it broke already. It's too late for us, but save yourselves!!!! And no I won't contact anyone else from this company about my issues. Nobody cares. It's all lie; bad for my blood pressure, and a waste of my time. read more

It's disappointing, living 70-80 miles away from this facility, that you must travel there to get any answers to your questions. Call Camping World, and you're likely to get a busy signal all day... if you have the time to repeatedly call them. If you're lucky enough to reach the individual who answers the phone, the Sales and Parts departments are always tied up, so you have to give your name and number to the kind person answering the phones... or leave it on voice mail. You're promised a return call, but in 14 months, they've never called back. Other than the nice lady who answers the phone from time to time, I've never reached a live person to solve any of the problems with my cargo trailer or buy something for my new RV -- which they might have sold me had they returned my call: once might have been enough to get me down there to look at trailers. Going to their web site is even worse an experience. Attempting to look up a part on their website and you might immediately run into problems. If you're running a VPN, you won't get through. If your VPN has ad, malware, and tracker blockers, you'll not get to any page. According to Brave and Proton Mail, Camping World has bombarded my laptop with hundreds of bits of tracking software -- and almost 130 MB of ads were rejected by Brave, which lists the trackers and ads by company. Apparently Camping World's corporate headquarter IT people think it's more important to track your computer usage (on the internet -- not to mention where you go with your RV) than it is to actually earn your patronage as a consumer. Frankly, I'd rather do business with Amazon than to have my every footstep tracked by snooping software that wants to know where my RV or cargo trailer goes, or what web sites I peruse. Bought our camper in 2020 and have had nothing but horrible service from them-they serviced my camper in February-4 months later something they fixed broke and when I brought the camper in for warranty work and to fix what broke they tried to say it was my fault and wanted to charge me again to fix it-most companies back their work and warranty it but these clowns are the worst-I will NEVER take my camper back to them-they are horrible and the reviews show it-under new management which is not any better- read more

I bought a $30k 2024 pull trailer cash from them. Selling it was all follow up, phone calls, etc. we took it out this past weekend and only one side of the awning went out, the slide stuck on one side, the propane alarm cane on every time we turned on the heater, the water was leaking out of the city service hookup!! Terrible!!! When we bought it, we had to buy this "everything package" which includes it being clean(shouldn't it have been anyways, new cars get detailed before you take them) but, it was still left dirty! The tech that quickly showed us the set-up, etc., was nice enough but how could you learn everything in 20 minutes?!!! I called this morning to the Avondale location where I bought it and the receptionisn't was a demeaning witch to start off with! I asked for the service department and she asked for what, I explained to her and she said that receptionist is on vacation for the week so she can transfer me but she can't promise anyone will answer. The line rolled to someone else who I had to explain to again who then sent me back to the witch! I asked her for the name of the guy who does the walk thru that has a ponytail she said Martin, he's a tech. I asked for him and we went thru the entire receptionist on vacation BS again!!! I left a message for Martin who hadn't returned my call by days end. I called back and asked for him directly and she said we don't pull our techs off the floor for phone calls!!! Bitch! I just dropped $30k in cash, someone better come to the damn phone!!! I do NOT recommend this place! Don't even look their way, just keep driving!!! read more
