impossible to get appt, been trying for 2 days on hold for a total 2+ hours and still no apptread more

I made the appt at the desk before leaving; an appt for the end of November. I ended up being seen again in October for the same issue. Upon showing up to that appointment, I was told my appt was cancelled and that I didn't need to be seen. I absolutely needed to be seen that day, and after seeing the surgeon, he agreed. Upon leaving, I was informed my next appointment was 12/22/2022. I asked what happened to my November appt, and they said it was cancelled. I again, never canceled this appt. Now, I've been told to wait until 12/22, and my issue has again most likely gotten infected. If I was seen at my November appt, I'm confident this would have been resolved. The fact that my appointments are being canceled and given to other patients when i still need to be seen is not ok.

Erica made me feel totally comfortable and the process was very quick and only took about 5 minutes. It was my first time going to this salon so it was 50% off and only ended up costing 20 dollars! I followed all after-care instructions and wore dark loose fitting clothes home and didn't do anything the rest of the day except lounge at home..but I still ended up with weird uneven streaks on my hands and wrists. It wasn't as bad as when I got a spray tan by a machine (mystic or norvell) and the rest of my tan looked great, but I just wish the tops of my hands and wrists looked more natural.

My daughter (10) had some pink added to her hair and a trim. Turned out beautiful-she was very happy! A week later she wanted to add some tinsel and I was way overdo for a cut. Miranda did a wonderful job on both of us. I also saw (what I believe) the owner and another stylist working at the same time. Everyone there is so personable and friendly.
