My first impression walking in the door was not a good one. There were several employees huddled up chatting, laughing, etc. This felt very click-y and not the environment I was hoping for. I was presented the option to use a robe and slippers and while I do understand that not everyone will take advantage, I felt like I was inconveniencing someone by using these services. Why not invite me in to the locker room, show me my assigned locker, point out the goodies and say, "our robes and slippers are available for you to use!" or something similar. I would rate the massage a 2.5 out of 5. The masseuse did not utilize the time (60 min), nor did she reach my requested pressure points. I felt time was wasted. It was odd. Now, the facial, 8 out of 5! She was so detailed oriented and truly spent so much time on my skin. My upper body was massaged SO much better through my facial than through the full-body massage. She focused on trouble areas and made some recommendations (which I really appreciated!) I was a bit embarrassed leaving there because my face was completely red (looked like a terrible burn), but she said it would subside within an hour and it did. I may skip the massage next time, but definitely plan on giving GiGis another chance, especially for the facials.

My daughter recently paid $170 for a haircut & color service at this salon & was extremely…read moredisappointed with the results. She is very shy & was uncomfortable addressing the issue herself, so I initially contacted the salon on her behalf with her permssion. The haircut was so minimal that neither family members nor friends could tell she had her hair cut. The color was placed underneath her hair, making it virtually invisible during normal wear. We even provided before-and-after photos to support our concerns. When I first spoke with management, I was told she would review the situation with the owners and she indicated that a refund might be appropriate. However, after the stylist became involved, the conversation changed completely. Although we made it clear that my daughter was not comfortable returning to the same stylist for correction, that seemed to become the salon's only proposed solution. ********Most disappointing of all, we sent a respectful email to the owners detailing our concerns and included photos. We even proposed a partial refund for just the haircut and not the color and never received a response**** Everyone can make mistakes, but professional businesses should stand behind their work and communicate with their customers when concerns are raised. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

The shop is so cute and clean! I love the atmosphere! This is a picture of my lashes after 3 weeks!!!!, my retention and the quality of the lashes and adhesive used are awesome. Any concerns I have I know I can always follow up and she will listen and work with me. I also love getting waxed by Jenna, she makes it so easy. I highly recommend this shop & Jenna H specifically

This is a terribly run medical clinic, at least from the front desk and scheduling side of things…read more I went in for an appt where it was determined surgery was needed. I made the appt at the desk before leaving; an appt for the end of November. I ended up being seen again in October for the same issue. Upon showing up to that appointment, I was told my appt was cancelled and that I didn't need to be seen. I absolutely needed to be seen that day, and after seeing the surgeon, he agreed. Upon leaving, I was informed my next appointment was 12/22/2022. I asked what happened to my November appt, and they said it was cancelled. I again, never canceled this appt. Now, I've been told to wait until 12/22, and my issue has again most likely gotten infected. If I was seen at my November appt, I'm confident this would have been resolved. The fact that my appointments are being canceled and given to other patients when i still need to be seen is not ok.

I got a spray tan done by Erica before I left for vacation. I exfoliated my skin that morning and…read moremade sure not to put anything on my skin after I showered. I showed up early and she got me in early, which was great! I planned on wearing a swimsuit but she said a lot of women go topless, so I did. Erica made me feel totally comfortable and the process was very quick and only took about 5 minutes. It was my first time going to this salon so it was 50% off and only ended up costing 20 dollars! I followed all after-care instructions and wore dark loose fitting clothes home and didn't do anything the rest of the day except lounge at home..but I still ended up with weird uneven streaks on my hands and wrists. It wasn't as bad as when I got a spray tan by a machine (mystic or norvell) and the rest of my tan looked great, but I just wish the tops of my hands and wrists looked more natural.

That's why I am so happy to have found Lee as she does a great job of numbing my face and therefore is able to perform a more beneficial procedure as the needles can penetrate deeper without any pain.
