My wife and I recently built a new house and had to tile 3 bathrooms and are both helpless when it comes to design and trying to coordinate with our toilets and bathtubs and fixtures. After having to make so many decisions for the house it was great to walk into Fiorano and have them make the process so easy for us. The showroom is quite large and they make the most of it with different styles of tile all installed on boards throughout to help spark ideas. On our first visit we were fortunate to work with one of the owners and he used it as an education session for us to get to learn about the different styles and makes of tile. I have to admit, I think we made close to 10 visits by the time we were done and we got to know the staff really well, all of whom were knowledgeable and friendly. In the end, and after all the time they spent with us, we ended up going with the tile that was all on sale and we got great deals. We did check out Home Depot and Lowe's and the tile at those stores just didn't compare to what we ended up choosing at Fiorano and there was nobody at those stores to really sit down with us and design our bathrooms. When it came time for delivery, everything came well packaged and on time and weeks later when the tiler realized he hadn't asked for enough, Fiorano rushed some tile over the morning we requested it. This place is pathetic. I am sorry but I witnessed these managers treating their employees like such crap. Poor girl had to stand and couldn't sit down. We came here for tiles for our kitchen. Jerry was a complete waste. Tried selling us something that wasn't to our liking and was way over budget. Maybe stop flirting with my mother and focus on getting what we need. No wonder why they have ONE review. Probably because its their family or friend. Jerry was so rude to his workers! how can you treat someone like that and then in flip or switch put on a fake face and try to help customers who clearly just witnessed you doing what you did. Next award you guys should win should be biggest ass clowns in elmont. I hope you love your job because I will be taking this complaint to corporate and letting them know how much of a bully you are! I needed an accent tile for my kitchen backsplash and Fiorano had a selection of tile that I was unable to find elsewhere - and I certainly had done extensive research!! I found exactly what I had envisioned, but wasn't sure existed!! From start to finish, John, one of the owners, helped me with my design while working within my budget - a true challenge. I was treated like a priority customer despite the relatively small size of my order. Understanding my time constraints, he went above and beyond to expedite my order. I have worked with many other vendors and have never received the exemplary customer service that I experienced from John at Fiorano. One of the best selection of wall, flooring and granite materials in both LI and NYC! I chose all materials from Fiorano to redo two bathrooms and my kitchen. Even though I was a nervous wreck wanting to be sure I was picking the right materials for each room at the time, never did they make me feel unwelcome during my repeat visits! Even today - two years later - I came back to simply pick a granite remnant to have cut down to create a new radiator "shelf" and I was as welcomed as if I was spending thousands of dollars! read more

My partner and I purchased all of our bathroom and kitchen tile from Fiorano for our recent kitchen renovation. Our salesperson, Diana, was very knowledgeable and patient during the process. Jerry, the store manager was incredible when our tile guy ran short and we needed to order extra bullhead for the bathroom and tile for the kitchen floor. We had the extra tile within days of of the emergency order. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend Fiorano highly. read more
