I'm absolutely in love with Fiore. I have visited here numerous times and they have yet to disappoint me. I love how their menu is creative and adventurous, and meets many dietary needs and restrictions. I also love how the atmosphere caters to younger crowds and older crowds. It is also one of the few places that offer live music on weekends in Ballantyne. The service on the other hand is really where they stand out. The servers are very attentive and knowledgeable about the items they offer. I remember the first time I tried Fiore, the lady who seemed to owner and creator of the restaurant walked out to check on all of her guests. One of the guests mentioned that they had been there prior and had tried an item that they had on special but was no longer on the menu. Her response was "If you give me 15 minutes I'll go and make it for you personally". That response is what sold me on this restaurant. I'd highly recommend coming out and trying Fiore for any occasion. They're new, Woman owned, and locally owned and they always try to do their best to give you a great experience. Only tried the Brussels and they weren't what we expected. Very different and weren't how we like our B sprouts. Very heavy. Food selection was ok. It was half price bottles of wine which was great. Great selection of reds. Atmosphere is not what we are use to. Way too dry. Music playing was way too low. Live music started later. Too late for us. A very nice upscale place but sitting at a dark bar isn't our type. Not sure we ll venture back. read more

I went in when at 6:00 pm on a Sunday. I was the first and only diner. I waited a long time for my dinner to be delivered (1/2 hour). Service was friendly, but slow. The salad was very bland, and the $54 steak was drowning in garlic, which completely overpowered the overdone steak. My one glass of wine was $18. The pop music was horrid. Decent wine menu. So sorry to say that it was a very expensive and disappointing meal. I told both the waitress and chef (might have been the manager) and other than "Sorry," there were no adjustments. Celebrated Mother's Day with a group. The salmon was dry, veggies cold, dessert tasted store-bought from Costco or a grocery store, and drinks were poorly made with missing garnishes. We came during restaurant week but not sure thats an excuse. Were seated late for our reservation. First course onion soup was luke warm and watery. Wedge salad had lots of blue cheese but little dressing. Was served the wrong entree. My husband got his about 10+ minutes after mine. Steak was thin and fatty. Very low quality. Veggies were bland. His pork chop was very overcooked and dry. Same veggies. Cheesecake was still a bit frozen. Ambiance was nice. Go for a drink. Don't eat. read more

A great addition to Ballantyne area! We liked our drinks and our food. My fiancée got the pork chop (delicious) I got the salmon and we got the short rib and burrata as appetizers. There were a few more we wanted to try when we go back. I do prefer places to state when there are substitutions to dishes instead of a surprise. However, everything was delicious. My fiancée thinks they have a bit of an identity crisis with seemingly Spanish inspired foods, 1920s Jazz theme inside and an Italian name. (Didn't bother me) Our server was fantastic. read more

Disappointing. A before dinner drink of Bourbon on the rocks arrived at the table just before the salad. All of the ice was melted and therefore the drink watered down. A beet salad had 4 beets and mixed soggy greens. One dinner plate was truly nasty looking and came with over-done duck. The bang-bang shrimp tapa was also horrid. It had a very heavy breading . Thankfully it was easy to take off. Only one seafood item on the house menu. Was looking forward to the menu item I had seen on-line. Disappointing is an under statement. read more

Went for dinner on Sunday, only 3 items available on the entrée menu (out of 7/8 listed), same with the tapas menu, no steaks available, only 2 desserts available. Thought we'd try Fiore for our 20th Anniversary. Service was good, but considering we were one of two tables occupied, it should be excellent. Our server was very friendly and helpful. They were out of bone marrow and scallops, the two things I saw on their menu that we wanted to try. Half of the iPad Menus were updated and two were not, which was how we found out they were out of those ingredients. So we moved past it and ordered some tapas and the duck. Food was good... but just that... good. We ordered all 4 desserts for variety. My daughter said the mousse had a tangy-ness she didn't like and the shell was like rubber. The crème brûlée did NOT have the crack-sugar topping. The cheese cake was like rubber all the way through - so bad I took the one bite and that was it; I couldn't have anymore. If dessert is the last thing people eat, then that's how customers remember you. It was not worth the $280 we spent. I am giving 2 stars only for the service and for the savory food. This is generous considering what we paid vs. what we got. read more

We had dinner here recently and while the food was good, the duo providing (loud) live music certainly put us off. We could not have a normal dinner conversation because of the level of decibels from the Stevie Nicks songs etc. The music was definitely out of place in a "supper club". I made a reservation here for restaurant week and was told that people were still at our seat so they moved us somewhere else, which is fine besides the fact that they moved us to the only table in the hallway next to the restaurant which felt very secluded, dark and like the table didn't even belong there. Our first visit to Fiore was a wonder. The food is good. The staff is welcoming. The nature d' was a gentleman if a certain age who took time to make sure all was well. The background music was jazz and the volume was set to low. Our second visit did not go do well. The food was still good. The staff was still welcoming. But the music had been cranked up. And as we entered we were informed that a wedding party of 100 would be arriving shortly. They did snd the volume of the music went up again. Granted someone on the staff had called with a request to move our reservation to an earlier time (a call we did not get because we were at a jazz concert and our phones were off). They should simply have texted "Don't come, " everything that made your last visit so good is going to change tonight. We like Fiore. We'll probably go back. But next time we'll ask about wedding parties. You should do the same. read more

We decided to try Fiore for restaurant week. The server was good, the food was good. The creme Brule and cheesecake had no flavor. An $18 highball with more ice than liquid is outrageous. The lack of pricing on the drink menu should have been a clue. The pay at the table without an opportunity to review your bill is pure genius because you don't realize that the $14 glass of wine was actually $20. Not saying don't go, just be aware of price structure. read more

Yikes where do I begin...quite possibly the worst food of any dining experience I've ever had. The biggest offense: 14 oz ribeye for $60 ordered medium rare - a maybe 8 oz skirt steak well done is what came to our table. Needless to say we sent it back. Kitchen came back with a medium rare cooked filet they had made by mistake and offered it to us free of charge. While we appreciated the gesture, the unseasoned steak really didn't make up for the overall poor meal. Salads came out without any dressing, produce (apples, beets) were not fresh. Papas bravas were the most palatable item ordered but by no means impressive. Ridiculously overpriced and underwhelming "tapas". I want to emphasize that our server was nothing but kind, and did her best to make amends even bringing out a comped dessert, but unfortunately couldn't make up for the downright awful meal. We left hungry. Would not recommend or return. read more

We had tea here on a Sunday. I was excited as it's something my husband and I like to do when we visit new cities. It seemed the servers were unaware of what to serve us. They had to go ask the manager/owner who was more worried about her family visiting. There was no menu or selection. The first course was cheese, fruit, and nuts. Second course was a blueberry scone, no cream. Third course was a small salad. We kept waiting for savory and traditional finger sandwiches. But we got more sweet on a crostini. We took our macaroons to go as we couldn't have any more sugar. I can't recommend the experience for $55/person. read more

Fiore just opened last month in Ballantyne Village, so I hope they can work the kinks out quickly. The menu posted outside lists a charcuterie board for $30, but on the menu inside it's priced per person at $13/person. The board itself was ok. We also order three tapas, only one of which was done right. The patatas bravas (which they call papas bravas) was very good. The garlic shrimp were awful - the shrimp were mealy as though they had been frozen and thawed too quickly (?) and the 4oz mini filet that we ordered medium came out blue-rare. When I tried to use the toasttab feedback link I was texted to share this feedback, the website said I had already provided feedback on my visit. (I don't know if that was a bug in the toast website or if our server filled it out on our behaf, but our receipt on the website was our correct order.) read more

Only reason it gets one star is because the our server was actually fantastic. Ambiance is extremely bizarre. There were like 20 people working and only 2 tables with people at it (6pm on a Saturday). All the employees were just walking around aimlessly. Everything was EXTREMELY overpriced. Drinks/cocktails/wine are $20 each. Don't let the pictures fool you, the dish size is minuscule. We decided we weren't going to spend an entire paycheck there on dinner so we just ordered 4 different tapas thinking that should be enough. The pork belly was literally 5 tiny square slices of thin bacon 1 inch squares. The short ribs were tasty but also very very small. Papas bravas we're nothing more than some roasted potatoes with next to no flavor. Only thing that was worth it was the beef carpaccio. Every tapas is around $20. Long story short, we will not be back. After spending $140 we left super hungry and went out for dinner!!! It's a shame, was hoping it would be good. read more
