While eating we heard a noise that sounded like water hitting the table. We looked up to see the vent was leaking. There was no offer to sit us at another table. HEADS UP: THERE IS A 20% SERVICE CHARGE ON EACH TICKET THAT IS NOT CLEARLY SPECIFIED ANYWHERE. Also, be aware that there is a 2 hour time limit for your visit. It is nice to have more things to do/places to go out in Steele Creek because there are slim pickings. This venue has a stylish ambience and modern decor. I went on Saturday night around 9 pm and there was a DJ playing a lot of hood classics like Shawty Lo, Yo Gotti, Young Jeezy, and there was a lot of Drake that was played amidst the pedophilic rumors circulating around lol. The venue is a little small, and the tables are packed too closely together, making it easy to overhear conversations from neighboring diners. My table was surprisingly wobbly, which was concerning since this is a new establishment. I had to be careful of moving around out of fear that something would fall. Despite this, the food was quite enjoyable; the Spicy Mami cocktail was flavorful, and the Bang Bang Shrimp was served hot with a delicious sauce. I also ordered the BBQ sliders and sweet potato fries. The fries were hot and there were only 2 sliders. There was a lot of meat on each slider, but the inner big back in me wished there was at least one slider on the plate. Our food and drinks did come out relatively quickly. There is also a cute grass wall for a cute photo op! However, there are some notable downsides. I know establishments are busy on Saturday Nights, but the service was disappointing, with our server, Kendra , being inattentive and largely absent during our short visit. I'm not sure if I saw another server around, so she may have had a lot of tables and she's only one person. Additionally, there was a 20% service charge that wasn't disclosed upfront or on the menu, so it is a surprise. I had to re-examine the menu, and it only says "Gratuity and tax not included" on the page for hookah in VERY SMALL PRINT, so bring your magnifying glass. I'm not sure if there is a DJ every night, but I honestly hope that this place will not quickly become known as another hood establishment because the venue is nice. While the experience had its flaws, I would consider returning during the weekday, hoping they address these issues as they settle into the business. read more

We stopped here for some drinks and was pleasantly surprised. We were able to get seats at the bar and was greeted with a smile and prompt service. If you like tequila and hookah, how can this not be your spot. This lounge was a vibe with good music albeit a little loud for intimate conversation. Where this spot fell short for me was the food. We only had the bang bang shrimp but they were not good and a waste of my $. They were over done and a couple pieces may have even been burnt. I also would have expected them to be fully sauced but they were .more like a fried shrimp with dipping sauce. The other thing i didn't appreciate was the automatic 20% service charge. Went here late one evening after every other bar/lounge I was at closed. This place stays open until 2 am on Saturdays and the kitchen is open all night. My table ordered wings, fries, and a bunch of drinks. They also serve different flavors of hookah. The wings were perfect. Fried extra crispy and hard and seasoned well. The fries were also fried extra crispy and seasoned well. I had a strawberry lemon drop martini which was strong enough and not overly sweet. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because they are pricey. For example $20-30 for a drink. Nice ambience to get dressed up, listen to good music, and have fun. This is a lounge but they play the music at club levels, so this is not a place for conversation. Also pretty good service. The servers and security were accommodating to our big party and patient as we had a very drunk person in our party and they practiced a high level of patience towards them. read more

Disappointed by Poor Customer Service, but the Food Was Amazing I visited this lounge and was impressed by the atmosphere and location. However, my experience with customer service was disappointing. When I arrived, the host directed me to the bar to place a to-go order. The bartender, Teena, did not greet or acknowledge me despite me standing in front of her for several minutes. After searching the menu online, I finally asked if I could place an order, to which she quietly responded, "Yeah," without making eye contact. I ordered steak and eggs and asked what kind of steak it was. She responded, "Ribeye," but in such a low tone that I could barely hear her. After paying, I asked how long the order would take. Instead of answering, she held up a finger to silence me while continuing her conversation with a coworker. When I asked again, she finally told me, "20 minutes." Throughout the entire interaction, she seemed disinterested and unwilling to engage. Despite the poor service, I have to say the food was amazing. My steak was cooked exactly how I asked, and everything was delicious. However, I do wish there had been a little more eggs with the steak. Also, the presentation of the shrimp and grits was a little disheartening, but the dish itself was okay. What made this experience even worse was the automatic 20% service charge for a to-go order--especially when the service I received was unfriendly and dismissive. Good food is important, but exceptional service is what keeps people coming back. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and ensures that employees not only have experience but also the right attitude for hospitality. On the other hand the food I'll give a 3 out of 5. The salmon bites were salty so was the shrimp. We did ask them to remake the shrimp and they did, but it was still very salty. Checked out this new restaurant/lounge on a Saturday evening around 9pm. When we walked in the hostess greeted us immediately with a smile and a very pleasant demeanor. We didn't have reservations and because they were showing the fight we decided to sit at the bar. However, there were plenty of seats available. The location is in a shopping center and from the outside you wouldn't know that the atmosphere is quaint/comfortable/and a really nice vibe. We only had the wings because we had eaten somewhere else prior, but I kept seeing them coming out the kitchen looking delectable and just had to try...Well idk who was back there doin what they did, but I'm glad they did it. THE WINGS WERE EVERYTHING AND MORE!!! I had the lemon pepper and when I say they were fried and seasoned to perfection; I feel like my ancestors sent these wings specifically for my enjoyment ONLY! I literally cannot stop thinking about the wings. I wanted to try the salmon bites because they looked just as good, but I was too full. As I mentioned they were showing the fight and the owner was kind enough to temporarily stop the DJ from playing so that everyone could hear/watch the fight. This was very kind of him. The drinks were great. The vibe was great. The staff were very friendly as well. Everyone asked if we were ok, not just the bar tender. ALL OF THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL! We had hookah which was smooth and the hookah person made sure to keep fresh coals. She was always very polite. The bar tender was awesome as well. He was on point with suggestions and service. Such a good experience. We came on Valentine's Day without a reservation. We were instructed that we were welcome to sit at the bar- first come first serve. We only had to wait about 10 minutes before seats became available. We were waited on quickly- mind you it was a packed house. We get there and our server (who I don't even think is a server because he kept tending to help the bartenders and their guests) took FOREVER to even acknowledge us. Our food and drinks orders were taken around 12:30 and we did not get our food til an hour later. Mind you we got there right when they opened around 12. Between the time we put our orders in and when the food came, the server did not check in on us. The lady who I believe was the manage/owner came over to us asking if we had ordered because the kitchen was pausing on orders because they were behind. This was about 40 mins after we had ordered. The food was 6/10. The drinks were 5/10 (very watered down). The only thing that was a 10/10 was the music. Even with the horrible service we received gratuity was already included which kinda sucked because the server didn't deserve the amount he got. read more
