So my friend and I pre ordered food here the night of the torch parade. We knew it was super busy and that's why we pre ordered so far ahead and meandered our way over. It took over and hour from when they said our food would be ready because they forgot to put the pizzas in and were very disorganized. They also didn't put in the order for the kids Mac and cheese I ordered. Which is not, in fact, Mac and cheese. It's pasta with Alfredo sauce. I get it was a crazy night. The reason my star rating is so low is the person was was working the register up front getting increasingly more and more snippy and snotty with me each time she decided to come over every 20 mins and ask why I was still standing there. I just want to thank you for the Father's Day catering that you provided. Everybody loved it! The pasta was perfectly cooked and seasoned, I enjoyed the spinach in it. The meatballs were an unexpected hit! I'm so glad I added that tray of meatballs and sauce at the last minute. The garden Gorgonzola salad was awesome and beautiful. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the taste of the sauce and garlic was the best food iv had .The veal was so good I had to save the last bite . This was the first time ever eating at this restaurant & it did not disappoint! The food & service were both outstanding. It's a very small & cozy restaurant. We were a larger party of 6 & we were very comfortable in a booth with plenty of room for all of us. When I arrived 2 of the guests in our party had already arrived' our server Narusa had already brought 2 bowls of complimentary garlic knots. They were the best garlic knots I've ever tasted. They were seasoned perfectly with garlic & Parmesan cheese & were hot & so light & fluffy...not heavy like some garlic knots tend to be. I asked if they had chicken francais on the menu & she said no but that they could make it. We all had a variety of different meals & they were all outstanding. I had the chicken francais with angel hair, someone had the cheeseburger platter, a crispy chicken cutlet grinder, stuffed filet of sole with pasta, a cheese pizza & the avocado a press salad. We were celebrating one of our friends birthdays & they brought out a beautiful square of tiramisu with whipped cream which she said was delicious. Our bill was very reasonable. We recently visited Fiores and it was great. The service was fast and friendly. The food was awesome! They pride themselves in what they send out and it showed. The garlic knots are a great addition to every meal. If you haven't visited, give them a try! They also have awesome tiramisu but we didn't get any this visit to share a picture. read more

Great fresh tasting quality dishes. Lovely family dinner place. Cute Italian paintings decor with Italian music ambiance. Clean and modern furniture. Fresh garlic knots, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. House salad was fresh with dark greens, cucumber, sliced tomato and olives. The spinach calzone needed a bit more spinach but was loaded on the mozzarella. The seafood flore needed a bit more seafood (calamari and scallops) besides mostly shrimp but was very succulent, aromatic and flavorful. The light garlic butter sauce was just delectable. Those are just my personal preferences. However, the veal genovese was perfect! Succulent fresh veal with creamy pesto pink sauce over steaming linguini. Perfect portions enough to take home. A chicken pesto pie(last times MP) with fresh red tomato slices, chicken, and a tart green pesto cream to complete the Christmas colorway. A pie so nice we had to order twice! And last, but by all means, not least. A mystery pie, to be unboxed with watering mouths and great excitement. The steaming pie was drizzled all over with tangy orange, sweet bbq brown, and a creamy white sauce. Freckled with diced bits of breaded chicken, this pizza was something to write home about! We HAD to call back and figure out what the delicacy contained. First, and sadly last, visit today. Ordered a small pizza to go, ordered a beer to enjoy while I waited outside on this beautiful sunny afternoon. Requested extra crispy crust and some grated parm on the side. Pizza was ready and off I went....no parm so I went back in and ask for parm. I noticed two members of the kitchen staff with their masks down around there chins - they quickly pulled the masks up when they saw me. Sent my oldest and a friend to go get it. He comes back and said " mom, the lady there is really rude. The pizza used to be great here till new ownership. It used to be substantial in terms of crust cheese sauce and toppings. Now it is thin crust and minimal toppings. It seems to weight about half as much when taking out. It is now overcooked as well. I called the owner and they said nothing changed but thats not true so after trying three pizzas new style I give up and won't be going back read more

The mozz is buttery and salty. The sauce is tangy but light & simple. I've only had the plain. My companions/family like tomato & feta. The hot pizza rolls they serve before dinner are very yeasty & fresh. Full menu w traditional American Italian options. Caesar salad was bland & they serve it w a generic bottled dressing. I offered to pay an up charge to get that instead. The owner (Abidin) said no! He was RUDE and MEAN!!! The menu has the pasta fagioli @ $4.00 and the Seafood Chowder @ $6.00. I ended up paying $13.00 for ziti bolognese and $6.00 for my seafood chowder. Expect to pay a la carte as they do not care about customer service!! Rude people. PS... the seafood chowder was good (flavor wise) but it's all broth and hardly any seafood. read more

My friend and I, both veterans, had lunch at the Texas Roadhouse in New London Connecticut on November 11. We were treated exceptionally well. The free meal was delicious. I had chicken fried chicken and my friend had sirloin steak. Both were prepared well. They came out quickly and were hot. I had enough for lunch the next day. But mostly I want to highly praise the waitresses and bartenders who were efficient and pleasant under stressful conditions . The restaurant was serving a huge population of veterans. It's such a shame that reviews over two years old lowers the average. This is our third visit and still no complaints! This place is fabulous! The garlic knots alone raise the ratings a star or more! We had dinner here so we can't speak for the pizza, but the kitchen is fully exposed and a pleasure to watch them make the pizzas. My wife and I both had Shrimp Fra Diavolo which was delicious, but although I said very spicy (because I'm a fire eater) it was still pretty mild. I won't deduct for that.
