For primis, we got the Osso Buco Di Bisonte, with braised bison shank served with pappardelle (the super wide pasta, yum) in a Barolo wine reduction. The lasagna with wild boar (also a special that evening) was delicious as well. For dessert, I had to get the tiramisu and we tired the Affogato.

We each got a Diet Coke. The cheese pizza slices were huge. We both ate one and took the other home (I like pizza for breakfast!). I liked the dough/crust; the sauce was okay -- it had onions in it. My husband liked his pizza more than I did. But I also liked the char on the bottom. We got very good service from Amy. Food was delivered faster than expected. And price wise, it was a bargain meal.

The moment I called this establishment I knew it was going to be a complete and utter disaster and I do not know why I called them the second time. Yesterday, I tried to place an order with a young gentlemen (who was frazzled and clearly had no idea what he was talking about) to place a catering order for a full salad platter (key word platter). I wanted to place it a day in advance so I knew it would be ready in time. He refused to take my order and said to call back the following day. He also assured me that it wouldn't be in a bowl it would be an actual platter like the website. If a customer wants to place an order ahead of time let them. That was my first red flag but since it was the only place my family wanted this platter from I had to abide and call the following day. The same gentlemen answers the phone and right when I said a catering order for ONE ITEM he "tried" to put me on hold and said "Kyle I'm not feeling great about taking this order look at all the orders we have for today" (which is exactly why I wanted my order placed the previous day). He then takes my order and says it will be ready at 4:30 (it wasn't of course even though it was placed 6 hours prior to pick up). So I get their and the website says it's $70 but I'm charged $75 because the "manager just hasn't had the time to edit the website" according to a server. Great customer service would honor the website price but I just wanted to leave. The poor young girl ringing me up didn't want to intervene and she was very professional and helpful on getting my "platter" out which I was very appreciative of. What was wrong of me is I should have checked the platter before I left the restaurant. But I didn't and I returned home with a BOWL and not the PLATTER that I asked three times for. So I call the restaurant and the young girl answers and gives me the phone to the untrained gentleman again. He starts yelling at me and telling me I'm wrong which you never do. I didn't want to drive back and cause a scene in front of the customers but the customer service is non existent and there needs to be retraining. I guarantee the food is great ( but it's also hard to mess up a pasta salad). read more

After hearing about the restaurant from a friend, we drove here for lunch with the family. We confirmed the restaurant hours on google and the Fiorella website, which stated the restaurant was open. The same hours were posted on the door, although the restaurant was closed. We then called from the parking lot and the recording indicated the restaurant is operating on summer hours. It would be helpful to update your hours on google and the restaurant website as most people today use the internet for a source of information. read more

My experience was spoiled when I overheard the waitstaff throwing around an extremely inappropriate racial slur. Each individual may speak as he or she pleases, but not while they are representing a business and serving paying customers. This is the best Italian restaurant in the area. Its casual and great. The service is hit or miss but the garlic rolls they provide for free go a long way to keep you happy. Our waitress was extremely nice and gave us some great suggestions. We ordered the burrata caprese as an appetizer, then went with the lasagna and Rosie's shrimp parmigiana. Everything was amazing. The portions are very generous, so definitely arrive hungry. The food came out quickly, but we still had enough time to relax and talk without feeling rushed. We would definitely come back again!

I made reservations for an early Sunday dinner, but had to call first to confirm that they are screening the World Cup Finals, which they are. A casual Sunday pizza dinner with sports; the men and happy! The restaurant is in a Publix shopping center on the south side of Hypoluxo Rd. & Congress Ave. There was a large free parking lot in front. We started with the Panella salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, mozzarella, homemade croutons & a balsamic glaze. The 20 pizza selections all looked delicious; it was hard to choose. There is an Americano where we can get a traditional cheese pie and put whatever topping we wanted, but we selected the Lombardia with sweet sausage, mozzarella, parsley, oregano, rosemary & Parmesan. The pastas, Panini's & antipasto looked interesting also. Beer & wine selections were priced well. Our salads were large, well seasoned, and full of interesting flavors. We all brought boxes home with leftover pizza, the sourdough crust was crispy and delicious. The restaurant was immaculate. It was nicely decorated. There was a large television mounted in a frame on the wall with the World Cup, and then travel photographs of Italy. Service was professional & on point. We weren't rushed we were able to sit and chat. It was a casual evening out, reasonably priced and delicious.
