I have been to Fiorellas three times and have always enjoyed it. As soon as we sit down the garlic and plain rolls are served warm and are delicious. The staff is friendly too. On this last visit, I ordered the pasta faggiol soup and eggplant parmigiana , my husband and boys shared pizza and several orders of their chicken cutlets. The chicken cutlets are simply delious...They melt in your mouth! We decided to order a few extra pieces of chicken to take home to enjoy over the weekend. We have also ordered food to go and have been pleasantly surprised. I was ready for pick up right when they stated and still warm when we got home. This is a restaurant I frequent 12 months a year. I was there for dinner on Monday and made a reservation for 6 people for Thursday, July 4th. I confirmed they were having a DJ. Friends were coming in from Miami to celebrate a birthday and thought it would be fun to dine and dance. On Thursday, we pull up to the restaurant at 7:00 p.m. and two waiters are standing outside. They said they were closing for evening as they had no business. If we wanted to run in and order we could. Well, this wasn't anyone's idea of a night of dining and dancing. We were all furious that we were not contacted. What poor business practices to just up and close on a holiday evening when a reservation was made. They won't be seeing the 6 of us any time soon. I heard about Fiorella as they promoted a large gluten free menu. l went with a friend for lunch only to find that while they had a separate (reduced price) menu for "regular" lunches, the gluten free lunch was their full priced dinner menu! The waiter apologized that l would have to pay at least $10 more than my friend, but there were no other options. I ordered an eggplant dish which was good but nothing special. This restaurant was hands down excellent. I didn't even know this section of Lakeworth existed. It is in its own private community. It was our first time here and it was as though we were guests of someone's house for the first time. The servers are a well oiled machine. My wife got pizza which was okay. The dough was excellent,but I thought there was too much pepper on it. She loved it. I got the chicken with eggplant dish. Everything tasted amazing and fresh. This place is great for families. They have such delicious bread and pasta. The portions are huge and the service is absolutely wonderful. We had the pizza, and 2 chicken dishes and the chicken dishes came with simple tomato pasta that was delicious. Definitely a go to if you have a big party to feed. read more

Casual atmosphere and neighborhood prices, we're never disappointed at Fiorella. In a strip shopping center (which you could pass easily) the decor is pleasant, older clientelle, but not loud. There are Summer specials on the menu for when the birds fly North. $$ (out of $$$$). read more

Ordered take-out. The food was just okay and the guy who helped me at the register saw me standing there, didn't greet me, just continued about his task. Wow! I am in town for vacation from NJ and my Mother-in-law tells me we are going out for Italian. Really?? I was born in Italy, a foodie, amazing cook and live in NJ. Is this a joke?? We are in Florida, I want Cuban!! Well.... I was very impressed!! The garlic knots!! Wow! I tasted everyone's food and everything was excellent. I had the artichoke, delicious!! I ordered the shrimp and scallop scampi. My husband had the Chicken scarpariello. He said it was excellent. We were a party of 8 and everyone loved their dish! Being an Italian New Yorker in Florida I wasn't really expecting good Italian food, boy was I surprised. This is probably one of my favorite restaurants Anywhere!! I HIGHLY recommend Fiorella's !! That place is the best pizza place in palm beach county and trust me I have been in many italian restaurants. We been many times there and we loved it every time. They have live music sunday night and youwill always see people dance and laugh. Pizza is great cooked, salads fresh and pastas yummy.try the 4 seasons pizza and pasta with pear sauce.!!!! Great food. Definitely the best part of the restaurant. The space is incredibly tight and very packed in. The wait time and service is sadly the worst. Essentially a "red sauce" menu featuring southern Italian fare. The food is good, portions are decent, and the staff is nice. Prices are ok. Not cheap, but not overpriced either. I had the chicken parm & eggplant combo, which was good. My wife had shrimp scampi, which contained a good amount of decent size shrimp. The service can be slow. Not the wait staff - they were fine. But the kitchen takes awhile to get the food out. This has happened each of the 4 or 5 times we've eaten here. But not a big deal. We'll eat here again. read more

I always order their pizza for delivery or take out. Normally pretty good but order pizza early and make sure they get your correct address for delivery. They screwed mine up and it took them an extra 30 minutes to get me my food. Other than that everything is pretty good. It can get loud inside though read more

Visiting Mom in Lake Worth and she suggested dinner here last Monday evening (10/11/15. Exceeded my expectations (and I'm a bit of an Italian Dinner Snob). I've been eating at this establishment since it began--and at the restaurant that preceded it. The quality here has significantly declined over the years, while the prices have absolutely skyrocketed--$26 for one stingily portioned entree and a beverage. When I spoke to the owner, after my mother was underwhelmed and sent back her bland food, Fiorella came to the table and all but ripped my head off, telling me adamantly that the "food hasn't declined," and "Have you never gone shopping before? You don't know how prices work?". All while I was good and calm and trying to tell her "This isn't how you treat a customer," and "This isn't how you run a business," and "You don't need to insult my intelligence," while she talked over me and refused to listen to a single thing I had to say. I have never seen a poorer example of customer service in the service industry. I was honestly flat out appalled by how this woman conducted herself in the face of minor, polite, completely valid criticism. Bottom line: go anywhere else, pay less, get larger portions of better tasting food, and don't give your money to this ungrateful, rude, unprofessional woman. And if you don't, go forth at your own risk and prepare to face her wrath, if you dare complain about anything. read more

Rude, Unprofessional, Ignorant...oh and the food isn't that great either! We ordered delivery and were told a 90 minute wait. Okay, fine, but can the food at least be hot? When I called and spoke to the walking potato of a manager, I had to tell her three times why I was calling- as if she didn't understand what I was saying. Her solution was for me to wait another 90 minutes for redelivered food- seriously? So wait three hours for $50 in subpar food. Nope. I drove down and returned all of it and when I questioned if she thought the way she addressed the situation was appropriate, she replied that the customer is 99% right. I politely told her that her "thirteen years" in the business is a joke and next time I'll go to one of the other dozen Italian restaurants in the area, as should you. She was fine with that as any half-witted business owner would be. The food is about as authentic as getting Cuban in Dublin. read more

My wife and I found Fiorella to be a genuine, an authentically true Italian restaurant. They cook all the food fresh from scratch, we know that because my wife has many food allergies and some of the dishes she likes certain ingredients have to be left out. She cannot have wine in her linguine and clam sauce. They are able to not put the wine in and it still tasted absolutely wonderful. There is a dish called "Zuppa de Pesci", which has many seafood items, including a lobster tail. She was able to satisfy her yen for true Italian food, that she hadn't seen in years. Want good tasting food and at reasonable prices go to Fiorellas, it even beats many Italian restaurants in New York where we are from. Trust me. read more

Extremely disappointed with Fiorellas. One and a half hours after being seated the food is then served. The waiter had difficulty serving the correct meals...he even was unsure as to what the food was which made serving crazy. The salmon was VERY dry....I never had to really cut and chew freshly cooked salmon. I will never go back. read more
