Fiori is over priced and they will take your deposit. We had issues within 24 hours. While unpacking we had a call that our empty boxes were a "fire hazard" ~ we kept to ourselves ~ that works best. When we left we cleaned our place thoroughly, we always kept a clean home. We scoured our fridge, our oven, bathrooms, we were told that they were replacing the carpet so not to worry about that ~ and we were told not to patch walls, so we didn't even though we bought paint to touch up. When we left we were charged for the new water filter in the fridge, we were charged for cleaning, they sent us photos of the carpet, even though they said it was being replaced (and it was clean by the way) ~ We fought them for some time but they were rude and said they charge everyone the same. They cannot charge for "normal wear and tear" ~ that is something that everyone knows ~ except Fiori ~ we were too tired to take them to small claims since we had moved out of the area. Don't let them get away with it if you're there in town, it's $50 to file a claim!! Go for it and we will cheer you on!!!!!! read more

Love living here! Super well maintained, so clean and well managed. The other tenants are so friendly and it's truly a wonderful sense of community with everyone looking out for one another. The pool, hot tub and Bbq areas are kept pristine and used respectfully. Good times to be had by all if interested in being outside in these beautiful areas. Security is stellar, assuring quiet times by 10 p.m. Ashley and Clara in the office are so professional. Kevin and Fabian in maintenance are wonderful and skilled. I have lived here almost a year & I just renewed my lease. I love Fiori Estates! The staff have always been helpful and polite to me. The staff is definitely diligent and expect residents to follow the rules, which is to be expected and does not bother me. The campus is beautiful and very well maintained. Yes, the birds did migrate to Fiori, but that is because it is so beautiful here! Lol. They left and Fiori has now put up nets to keep them away. The birds nesting at Fiori was not anyone's fault just nature. Also, I think there was a law that they couldn't put up the nets until the birds left but that is speculation on my part. The gym is huge. The package machine is very convenient and you can access both 24/7. Fiori is very dog friendly. It is my home and I love it. The maintenance team is AWESOME. They are fast and efficient and are always keeping the campus beautiful and clean, and they are all very polite as well. The gardeners come every week and do a great job as well! I would recommend living here to anyone and everyone. The club house is absolutely gorgeous! I do wish it was open a little later. All around great experience so far! read more

Malicious management. Basically they will fine you whenever they can and will not help you fix the problem or assist you because they have plenty of other tenants....who just matter more or not at all because we are all just $$ to them. oh and: You can only pay online $70 charge for using visa (EACH time you use a Visa) They fine you if you use the wrong color garbage bag...which they do not sell in stores....sort of like... The oven cleaner you are asked to also order from Amazon You pay pge but also have to pay an extra utility fee with rent Pet rent is an additional monthly fee Gate constantly breaks Rent is in no way worth it. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating for the overall experience I have had dealing with this complex over the past year. At initial move-in, you pay a $150 re-decorate fee.. Annoying, but ok, let that go. It is a beautiful complex, points for that (but still not worth the headache)... Upon move-in with my roommate and service animal, I was then told I would have to pay pet rent, and had to go back and forth far too many times, to the extent of them having their management reach out to my DOCTOR to confirm legitimacy of my needs. Rude, but fine.. done. THEN, they make me pay a pet deposit for my service animal to live in this complex, without pet rent. Are you kidding me. 1.. this is illegal 2.. this would've been more expensive to get my lawyer involved rather than just pay a refundable (additional) deposit... fine..... Now after a year, had no issues with the apartment itself. We barely lived there because we both worked so far away.. My roommate does the initial walk through with their on-site maintenance person. He says the apartment looks great, carpets in good condition, small holes from random pictures.. nothing crazy. He tells us the apartment needs a "Light Cleaning" and an "Enzyme Treatment" for the dog. OK, that's understandable. Get the bill today... What do they charge us for? A "Medium Cleaning" -- $75 more than Light Cleaning, Enzyme, oh and we have to replace your guest bedroom's carpet, another $293. Hmm, wouldn't that have been something to mention through the initial walk-through??? Probably. Hopefully your customer service team is more accommodating than on-site, because for paying for one of the most expensive rental complex's in Rohnert Park, they need some SERIOUS training. Ashley is nice though. There are more issues we've had throughout the duration of living here, but that would take me all night. Glad to be moved out of here and not have to deal with this anymore! read more

I lived at this complex for one year and four months. In that time my bike was stolen and my car was broken into. Its not a secure place to live - the gate is joke. When I mentioned these incidences to the office later a woman there told me I was the one who had to file a police report, to think of it as if I were at Target and had an incident, I wouldn't ask Target to call the police, I would do it myself!! You are just a paycheck to this company, business. They do not consider you as residents, as people who LIVE there. While the complex itself is beautiful the customer service and staff there are absolutely horrible. This is the worst place I have ever lived. They only allow two guests per resident at the pool. During a holiday they had a security guard at the pool literally looking through your things for alchohol at the gate and walking up to old ladies and asking what was in their cups ha! A lot of people were upset. I once asked the staff to put a thick envelope in their outgoing mail because it didn't fit through the mail slot, she told me she couldn't and to go to the post office. I left work early to get a package from the office before they closed. I had to argue with the woman in the office to get my box from the lockers because they were closing in 15 minutes. I left a box with my trash that wasn't broken down, the trash man did not take the box and I was fined $20. When I moved in my move-in check was short 30 cents and I had to wait for the woman to speak with her manager about it. Lol When you move in they set up your utilities, when you move out you receive a move out invoice that includes your last utility bills. I assumed that meant they closed the account. Today the electric company charged me for a months electric, when I contacted the Fiori office they told me to contact the electric company if I forgot to cancel my service. Don't assume because you receive a final bill from Fiori the accounts are closed. Also in the move out statement were charges for carpet cleaning, paint, fridge water filter and enzyme treatment, whatever that is. All of this is normal wear and tear that apartment complexes never charge you for. My deposit was $500 and after all the miscellaneous move out charges I still owed $55!! Living here has been an awful experience from many points of view. Firstly, the management team police every single aspect of your residence here, from the amount of guests you are allowed to bring to the pool area, which, by the way, closes much earlier than you would expect, to the way you place your garbage bin outside of your door. During the last month of our lease, we got charged $25 because we did not bring an empty trash can back into our apartment after trash pick-up. The trash can was perfectly clean and perfectly empty, and it was not obstructing anyone's access to anything. We had already moved all of our belongings to our new place, since we only had two weeks of our lease left, so we stopped sleeping at our Fiori apartment, which meant that we had not returned for a couple of days. When we came back in order to vacuum the floors - which was much too kind of us, in retrospect -, we found a notice taped to our door asking us to remit the payment forty-eight hours after receiving the notice. They did not even bother to call us to kindly ask us to bring the trash bin back into the apartment. The office was, of course, closed, and both I and my husband, like most people, return from work after 6 pm, so we could not even talk to anybody in the office to settle this. We refused to pay the fine. Secondly, the only way to get your end-of-lease inspection while you are present in the apartment is by selecting a six-hour time frame (10 am to 4 pm) during a work day. This means that you would have to take an entire day off from work. If you choose not to be present, you are not allowed to dispute any charges, whether they are warranted or not. Basically, if you choose to live here, you may consider your deposit a sunk cost, because you will not be getting that back, unless you give up a day of work to accommodate their schedule. Thirdly, the office employees are rarely helpful. Once, an employee refused to open the delivery locker for me to retrieve a package because it was closing time, despite the fact that she was there and that the locker was twenty feet away. Finally, they tried to raise our rent by more than 10% for extending our contract. Luckily, we had already found a new place to live. Out of all the places you could live in, this is among the worst. I have lived here for 3 months now and all I can say is WOW, The girls here are great they really care about you as a tenant if you have any issues they will respond within 24 hours. They have great common areas here and they clean so much I mean I have never seen a complex clean a handicap sign with a spray bottle and a rag before, they clean the windows in the club house before they get dirty they even scrub the sidewalks WOW, I just LOVE it here and its all because how they treat me and they really care its like I am on vacation every time I come home from work its a resort living all the way. read more

I know Beverly B and Ashley J personally and YES they are employees of Fiore Estates (the same great reviews on Facebook - they even used a boyfriend who has a different name send in a great review). Before thinking of moving in take time to read a real review from us tennents. I can't wait for my lease to be up! This place is a joke. Ask the staff how many guest parking spots are available .... If they say more than 8 then they are lying (ask to actually see this guest parking don't take my word for it) and this is for 240 units that average 4 tennents or 1000 people (1000 tennents have to share 8 free spots. Don't let them tell you it's okay to park out front, they will call immediately to have you towed! A neighbor had his garage door broken and they gave him a temporary parking spot, they forgot they gave it to him and had his car towed! Now for the units themselves .... My partner and I joke "we fell for Marilyn Monroe and instead got Marilyn Manson". We have had several issues from our water heater went out that took 3 weeks to get replaced to roaches in the apartment that they still have not resolved but passed on the cost to us tennents. Management instead of taking care of real issues will harass you that you left your garbage can out and other petty issues. RENTER BEWARE! My husband and I recently rented a two bedroom apartment for a few months while we searched for a home to buy. We were aware that we would pay a penalty for breaking our lease early. We also were told that we would have to pay a fee for the carpets to be professionally cleaned. The real kicker is that we were charged another $215 for an additional professional cleaning. This is after we thoroughly cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. Specifically, we cleaned the oven, polished the granite counters, polished the exterior of the cabinets, wiped out the interior of every cabinet, polished the stainless steel appliances, thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms with a disinfectant cleaner, steam cleaned the linoleum floors, swept the patio, dusted the baseboards and the ceiling fans, etc. If I had known that we were going to be charged an addition $215 for a "professional cleaning", then I would certainly not have killed myself detailing this apartment. I am writing this review to warn others. It is the principal of the thing! read more
