Two bite tiny lobster roll for 38$- don't do it
    Aleksys A.

Would not come back again. I have a list of all the places I want to try in Knoxville and slowly making my rounds since I am a foodie. My boyfriend chose Fiori since it was high on my list and not only was it any other day, it was a date for my birthday. The reservation was made, and we got a decent seat by the ambient lights, but right next to the hallway to the bathroom, so a lot of foot traffic. I ordered the espresso martini, and it was very good. I was very excited to try the Arancini and already pre meditated my dinner choices before going out. To say it was underwhelming is an under statement, it was cold, and not good. The dish should not be called Arancini it should be called a hushpuppy, the name misrepresented the dish and created overwhelming disappointment. I then ordered the a Connecticut style Lobster Roll, and a second drink. I got my meal, and wow, the portion size was irrefutably small, definitely not worth 38$. It tasted good, but literally was finished in two bites. I was finished my my meal before I got my 2nd drink. Over all, the service was great (minus my drink not being served in a timely fashion) but the server explained she was quadruple sat. I have worked in the biz, so I was understanding. So I want to give a shout out to Holly, for being the only real redeemable quality of the experience. The ambiance was cool, but if they put as much time and effort into the aesthetic as they do in the food, maybe they would actually be good. After everything, I left still hungry; It was pricey, small portions and underwhelming experience for my birthday celebration.

The vibes of the restaurant are nice and everyone we encountered working was friendly. Restrooms are clean. The downfall was the food. My friend wanted to come here to celebrate her birthday and she was dying to come for the lobster roll. It was legit TINY for $38...the size of her hand next to the photo for reference. The chicken gnocchi was ok. I felt I could've made this dish at home.

Chocolate mouse cake for dessert-we inhaled it-so good!!

Anthony was our server, he was so welcoming and helpful with menu selections! We enjoyed the ambiance (tree in the middle!) and had excellent food. Thanks for the great evening, we will be back!

It's a trendy spot, cute with ambiance. My wife and I were seated at a table that had the couch back and we decided to sit next to each other and just order some drinks and apps. The service was good and attentive, nothing wrong with the pace and attention. The food wasn't what we hoped it would be. The lobster roll, the insta/fb/tt advertisement , it's not good. Cold lobster on a warm charred roll. I love a cold or warm lobster roll - I like both. This was a small roll, with either dill or chive and cold lobster. I didn't taste any butter, definitely no mayo - very plain/uninspired, small portion. (Maybe it was supposed to be warm? The bread was warm, the lobster was cold - with almost no flavor - sad) The clams and chorizo. The clams were good size, good butter wine sauce (this is what the lobster roll should have had on it). They had bread at the bottom, and bread on the side to dip in the wine butter sauce. The chorizo was cold and hard - not warm and fatty. Chorizo is a Spanish pork sausage. Clams and chorizo should be a great combo but the chorizo was literally cold and felt like an after thought, it didn't make a cohesive dish. The Arancini was the best app of the night, deep fried Sicilian comfort food. Surprised this was such a miss for us.

Great date night spot! Loved the pink and gold details all over. It was my first time trying an espresso martini, and the bartender was super sweet and nice and instead of vodka he used tequila and it was delicious.

I made a reservation for Wednesday night for about 9 of us and we were able to get in. We were greeted by the hostess and also check on by a couple people on their way out to make sure we were helped. The decor is super cute - definitely brought some Vegas vibes to Knoxville. Our waitress was nice but she was kind of slow to take orders, didn't come check on us, didn't ask if we wanted refills on drinks, etc. I'm not sure if she was overwhelmed with a bigger party. We ordered deviled eggs, lobster bites, and bruschetta to start. Those were all delicious!!! I got the Connecticut lobster roll for my entree. It was a fairly priced item and you can get it double stuffed. I only got the regular. It was delicious and lots of lobster meat. We waited awhile to get the check and we had to go find our waitress to ask. Our table was getting cleared by the bussers which was nice. The restaurant at that point was slower so we were super disappointed in the service. The food was good enough to where I'll definitely come back but it would have been a 5 from me if service matched.

What a great addition to the Old City Restaurabt scene! The ambiance & decor is done so great making it a perfect spot for girls night bevs or a date night spot. The service was fast, friendly & attentive. The carousel cocktail was a good presentation but with the cotton candy it of course is very sweet. Unfortunately the wine menu is rather limited but they had a good array of unique cocktails offered. There were so many tempting appetizers that it was had to choose but we selected the yellow fin ceviche which was so fresh, light and tasty & the arrancini and it was super flavorful but unusually light and airy. The pavlova with poached pears with delicious also.

Fiori is such a cute and aesthetically pleasing restaurant and bar tucked in the Old City of Knoxville! The vibes and decor is so cute and is the ideal place for a girls night or date night. Fiori is definitely on the nicer side, so it's more for a special occasion rather than your everyday place. It's also on the pricey side so be cautious of that. The food is good and I would definitely go again but, I don't think the quality of the food matches its price tag. Our server was amazing the entire night though! She was very attentive and super sweet! I would go back just for her service and the cocktails!

I was really excited to get to try something new. Overall a 5/5 experience and will be back! The food and beverages were on point; everything came out cooked great and had zero issues with how we ordered everything. The service was really great as well; got to speak with one of the owners for a bit and it was really nice to hear the origin story of this place coming together. Everything inside was nicely decorated and very clean. Really appreciate the effort being put forth to keep this area in Knoxville with fun things to try. Get here!

We chose to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday at Fiori Bar & Lounge, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the beautifully curated ambiance--every detail, from the lighting to the decor, felt intentional and inviting. I was inspired by the black velvet furniture and gold pillows, all gorgeously accented by pink in the most aesthetically pleasing way. The food, however, was the real star of the show. Each dish was excellent, prepared exactly as ordered. The Cavatappi Bolognese was chocked full of short rib in a delicious creamy tomato sauce. Everyone at the table agreed that the pork tenderloin was incredible. My daughter loved her salmon dish, and those who ordered beef dishes with sides of lobster and shrimp were impressed by the flavor and how perfectly they were cooked. The attention to detail extended to every aspect of the dining experience. Bianca, our server, was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Fiori isn't just a place to eat--it's an experience to savor and remember. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself to something exceptional, this is THE place to go.

I just know the person I was with had it. We sat at the bar and the ambiance is really intimate. I have read now after being home that I guess they hide drink recipes in some of the books? I am not sure if that is true or not. If you can get a seat at the bar, it's so fun. Trey was great, as were the ladies! Trey puts on a little show with each drink he crafts. The drinks are ridiculously good. I would not be able to choose a favorite. I have no clue what the bill damage was, but I can say that between the both of us, we had every drink on the menu. When we walked in, she glared at us as if we had interrupted something. She didn't greet us, didn't ask what we'd like to try, only gave us one word answers to any question that we asked. Never once smiled or tried to engage us. My friend was so frustrated with trying to get information from her that he stood up and almost walked out. I kept trying to engage her and even complemented her cute dress. Nothing. Stone face. I wanted to try the amaro flight and asked for it. She prepared it, set it in front of me, and said "so you'll want to close out now?" I told her "yes, that would be great, when I'm finished with my tasting". She proceeded to lean up against the bar with her back to us and didn't say another word. I had to get up and walk to the register, and when she finally turned around, I asked her "have we done something to upset you?" She said "no, why?" I said "because you seem REALLY annoyed that we're here". Her only response was to turn the register screen around and tell me the total. I'm so sad about this because I really wanted to taste other items and get a cocktail, but she was SO unpleasant and we felt SO unwelcome., Seeing all of the other great reviews, I can only imagine that they were with other people. We ordered slushies to enjoy on the patio and a flight with Hi Rye Whiskey, Ginferous Gin (favorite!), Uproot Gin, and Barrel Rested Cacoa Liqueur. I can't believe the differing flavors they can produce within the same type of booze. Masterful! The bartenders are friendly and so dang knowledgable. We purchased a bottle of Ginferous Gin and have kept the party going at home. Can't wait to go back! What a cool spot.

They have some really fun drinks with pop-culture references, a sizable list of mocktails, booze list galore, and keep beer flowing , too. The service is friendly and the prices in line (if not cheaper) with other bars downtown ($11-12 per cocktail). We loved that people are allowed to bring in their own food (they have a few snacks you can order) and that dogs are welcome. In fact, word has it that the bar is named after the owners' dog, Monkey, so it makes sense that they pass along their pup love to our community. Note that huge (but very sweet) dogs may be freely roaming and were knocking into people carrying full drinks and begging strangers for food. Also, we were with a group across from the bar and I will say that it was absolutely deafening. We were next to each other and were yelling, "CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW!?" They could use a few items to soak up some sound like cushions on the bench seating, some rugs, etc. It would also make the space a bit more homey and inviting.

The dark, glamorous aesthetic is stunning--perfect for date night or for impressing out-of-town guests. I loved the gold accents, layered textures, and thoughtful lighting. Everything worked together beautifully. We chose to sit at the bar to watch the mixologists work their magic. They were incredibly helpful in guiding us toward drinks that matched our preferences. I absolutely loved my cocktail--even if I can't recall the name--because it delivered the spicy kick they promised. We also ordered several shareable plates, all of which were delicious. We tried the Carnitas Tamales (shredded pork, ancho mole, fresh corn, masa, cilantro, yuzu arbequina oil), the Vegetable Empanadas (house-made pastry, wilted kale, roasted sweet potato, Oaxaca and cotija cheese, black bean purée, and adobo & chile-lime aioli), and a salad. I'd happily order any of them again. I did find myself wishing for a bit more heat, but I've learned that's hard to come by in Tennessee. At least the staff gave us a heads-up that the spice level is toned down. I'm already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu. The vibe is fantastic--and while they have a nice outdoor space, the interior is so eye-catching I'm not sure I'd want to sit anywhere else.
