Service was top notch and the food was absolutely delicious! Found new favorite spot!

The main dining area and bar. There's a room in the back too.

Stopped in for a quick bite one afternoon and we were very impressed. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the décor attractive and comfortable. Started with some sangria--perfect treat on a summer's day. The mozzarella sticks were crispy and gooey, added bonus--the marina they came with was more flavorful than the norm. The chicken empanadas were delicious, and I ordered a steak taco last minute--wow, couldn't have been tastier. We'll definitely be back.

Warm bread and flavored olive oil.

Food was yummy. We also got the calamari and shrimp tacos. Everything was tasty. Very nice atmosphere. Great service. The happy hour prices are great.

After living in Rockland County for 37 years, we returned to visit some friends and relatives. Some of our old favorite restaurants received unfavorable reviews and the owners have turned over. We dined at this place as I loved the menu. Everything about this place was top notch. The service was welcoming and the ambiance was delightful. The beet and goat cheese salad along with the chicken quesadillas were terrific. We just had to try the portobello mushroom stuffed with crab meat. Just wonderful. The French martini was the best I ever had. I recommend you try it. I would definitely go back.

The food is still great. We had scallops, chorizo, brussels sprouts, and a flounder ceviche special. Everything was delicious. The ceviche in particular stood out -- fresh, well-portioned, and nicely "cooked" in lime juice. The sangria is still a highlight too. A big carafe, no ice watering it down, served with glasses full of fruit. The problem is the service. They had two servers and one bus person, and it showed. Everyone seemed to be scrambling, and it was hard to get a moment of attention to ask for anything or even be heard. Our food came out in pieces -- three items, then a long delay, then another. The last dish, calamari, never came. When I tried to tell the waiter we didn't want it anymore if it was forgotten, he didn't listen and insisted on bringing it anyway. We ended up waiting even longer, which just made the experience more frustrating. To top it off, they're now adding an operating/service fee (around 3-4%), which wasn't clearly communicated and just showed up on the bill. It's disappointing because the food is still very good, but the service issues -- and now the added fees -- are taking away from the experience. After this visit, we'll think twice before coming back.

The place is pretty, the people are friendly, it's off the main drag of Main St, so hoping to do so soon. For now, need to rave that they are the absolute KINGS of the Tarrytown street fair that happens once a year. I look forward to getting their food every year. They offer chorizo, 2 types of paella (seafood vs meat) and gazpacho. The seafood paella is my go to, and it's the best I've ever had. They do not skimp on the portion or the quality; it had shrimp, calamari, clams, mussels and scallops. It's all top quality and delicious. Price point is downright cheap, especially compared to others who gouge at the street fair (looking at you, PikNik bbq). Chorizo is also good quality, and a cheap meal unto itself. Other options at the Street Fair are good too (ie: Taqueria Poblanita nearby), however I will never stop loading up on the good stuff here.

The well-curated and balanced menu is focused on Spanish/Mediterranean dishes and tapas, all expertly prepared with quality ingredients. I genuinely loved everything. We ordered fried calamari misto (fantastic!), bacalao croquettes, polenta crostini, and Olar salad (simple but delicious) to start. For our mains, the paella Valenciana and mariscada salsa verde were profuse with fresh seafood - and the mussels and clams were delightfully fat and plump. The grilled skirt steak, which we requested medium rare, was perfectly cooked. Complimentary garlic herb crostini is brought to the table, and we were given fresh crusty-chewy rosemary focaccia bread brushed with olive oil as well. We were too stuffed to go for dessert but I think the offerings were a molten lava cake, vanilla panacotta, a cheesecake of some sort, and caramel flan. The owner was there and came around to greet everyone. They are currently doing a soft opening so there's no liquor license yet, and it's cash only right now, but everything seems so well run already. This is a true foodie destination, especially for Rockland. Highly recommended and a hearty 5 stars!

There's a small parking lot in the rear and a bigger lot across the street, although both can fill up when the restaurant gets busy. This place gets absolutely packed and I think it's simply because the food is good. It's not cheap -- in fact, some prices will make you do a double take (yes, olives for $16). Wine by the glass is steep too. That said, some things feel like a much better value. Our "half" pitcher of sangria basically came in a full-sized pitcher filled more than halfway and tasted great. Plenty for two. A lot of the menu is also easily shareable. We split the beet salad and it was big... enough for a couple. Fresh, flavorful and satisfying. Then we shared the paella Valenciana, another huge portion loaded with fatty chorizo, chicken, shrimp, scallops, clams and mussels in flavorful saffron rice. Really balanced ratio of seafood, meat and rice instead of just being a giant pile of filler. Btw -- it gets friggin loud in here. Families with kids, couples, groups of friends, older folks... the whole place was buzzing. Pretty wild atmosphere. It's also very casual for a place serving food at these prices -- servers walking around in jeans, energetic vibe, packed tables everywhere. Service was a little meh. Adequate, but nothing friendly. I'm also not a fan of places where the waiter clears appetizer plates but deliberately leaves the dirty fork sitting on the table for the next course. Bleh. Overall though, the food is legitimately very good. Expect a loud, busy dinner with strong portions, tasty sangria, a specials menu without prices and a 3% credit card fee added at the end.

The wine is sold in half or whole bottles (not glasses), so I opted out this time. The menu is a mix of traditional Spanish tapas as well as American and Latin American mixed in. Our original Resy was canceled due to a change in business hours, so we were offered a complimentary dessert. We tried the cheesesteak empanadas, croquettes, bbq pulled pork arepa, garlic shrimp, octopus, short rib gnocchi and finished with tres leches cake. My favorites were the octopus, shrimp, gnocchi, empanada, and tres leches cake. Croquettes were the least favorite, just not exciting, and they were kind of smashed. The octopus was very tender and enjoyed the sauce and sundried tomatoes that came with it. Everything came out at the right temperature and at a good pace to not overwhelm the table with dishes. The restaurant is dimly lit. I found the booth backs to be very hard and uncomfortable - could use an upgrade. Prices per dish are high for the size, but to be expected with tapas in the states. We're a local family that made it a point to come to dinner here at least once a month but our last visit was the last nail in the coffin. The younger waitress has never once smiled and has is always been all business but at least she doesn't bully and antagonize her tables. The chef was gruff, rude, and treated us noticeably different from all of the tables. When he brought out our bottle of wine and I said "yay that looks great!" he paused, gave me a dirty look, and said "you're determined not to have a good time, aren't you?"-- despite this being the first thing I said to him and his waitstaff directly beyond our order. Shocked, and not wanting to ruin the dinner for my dining companion, I brushed it off, but promised myself I would not return. The chef makes it a habit to complain about how busy he is, how understaffed he is, but also how long people take at tables-- and also seemingly makes arbitrary decisions about who and what he takes offense to. If the chef stays in the kitchen and gets waitstaff that understand what providing good customer service for -everyone- looks like, we'll be back, but at this rate and reading other reviews it looks like pigs will fly before that happens!
