We discovered a leaking toilet in our upstairs bathroom was leaking down and causing wet spots in the ceiling and side wall of our downstairs laundry room. They seem to answer calls 24/7 and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Mike was main point of contact and gave us an estimate and scope of work. Basically, they had to tear out the drywall and insulation from the wet area, dry and dehumidify the area for days, and then put on moon suits and remove any mold. We were able to have 2 techs come on a Friday and then let the dehumidifier run over the weekend. We also had to tear out our upper cabinet since the top was damaged by water. On Monday, they came back to remove any leftover mode and patch things up. The total price came in well below the estimate, which is a huge plus. Very happy with the service and efficiency. If you ever suspect you have water damage from leaks, call these guys and get the problem resolved to ensure mold doesn't form or worst, spread. Note that their services are purely restorative - they'll dry out the water-damaged area and get rid of all the mold. You'll need to hire a plumber first to stop the leaks and then afterwards, a drywall contractor to patch up the holes with insulation and new drywall followed by texturing and painting. read more

I had a leak in my ceiling, and I was about to call it quits with this company- from people not showing up, not speaking English, and damage under my sink when I specifically asked them prior. Sunday I woke up to a flooded laundry room and hallway. I called my HOA who called out the HOA's preferred plumber. The plumber came by and told me that I needed to get a water damage recovery company and referred Fire and Water Damage Recovery. I spoke with the dispatch and sent out Oscar in less than an hour. Oscar quickly assessed the situation, let me know that his project manager Christian would be sending me a quote. I received the quote within minutes and signed off on it. They moved the washer and dryer, ripped out the vinyl, baseboards and particle board. They showed me how much moisture was in the laundry room and it was pretty bad. I was "seriously concerned" about a water damage which leaked through our bathroom floor on second floor to first floor hallway. They were very prompt in handling my call and questions. I am told this is a very rare occurrence, particularly where the fracture occurred within the body of the threaded PVC connector to the tank.
