First off, let's talk about the food it's genuinely amazing. Every single meat dish we tried was incredibly well seasoned and bursting with flavor. You know how sometimes meats can be a bit bland. The waiter and the lady at the register were both super friendly and welcoming, which always makes for a great experience. Okay, onto the specifics, I started with a burrito de asada, and seriously, it was perfect. It was put together so nicely, packed full, and they even included rice inside, which was a delicious surprise. Super satisfying and felt like great value for the price. Then I branched out and tried a couple of their gorditas one with steak and another with chorizo. Again, both meats were incredibly tasty and really well prepared. Now, a little heads up, their gorditas are a bit unique. Instead of the usual pouch you stuff, they cut the entire top off, so it's more like an open faced sandwich. It was different, but honestly, it was still super delicious and easy to eat. We also shared a taco dinner, and those were fantastic too. The prices overall are really reasonable, especially for the quality you're getting. Oh, and you absolutely must try their horchata, it's seriously good and so refreshing.The place itself is pretty chill. They have a TV on, and it was generally quiet, which is nice for a relaxed meal. We recently moved to the area and our favorite Mexican restaurant recently closed, so we've been on the hunt for the best burritos. Well, I think we've found them. After calling the store (we wanted carry out but the website wouldn't allow us to select), we went in to pick up our steak burritos. They were ready in only about ten minutes. The store is small but bright and extremely clean. No loud music, just a friendly smile when we checked out and a thank you. Now, let's talk about these burritos. The reviews are spot on; there's more protein in one of these burritos than 90% of the places we've tried. Hands down. I mean, next time I'm going to let them know I'd like a little more beans, lol. We've been to Fire Burrito three times now and usually about now I get disillusioned. Not with Fire Burrito, the food is consistently good every time. I love their ground beef burrito suiza with avocados. My husband is into their el pastor tacos. Yesterday I decided to shake it up and ordered guacamole. Sadly we chowed down so much on the excellent guacamole we barely had room for dinner. This time I got their chili rellenos stuffed with cheese and they were amazing and even better as left overs. Just tried the take-out a few days ago. The customer service was good. Friendly and knowledgable. The food was delicious. We had it for dinner and we were very pleased. Nothing was too salty and everything was fresh and had great flavoring. The only issue we had was the packing of the food. Fire Burrito is the best mexican food you can get in roselle. I have been 3x in 3 weeks and the food has been consistently excellent. Guac and steak burrito is my go to but have also had the chicken tacos which are great! I believe the portion size for protein is much larger than other mexican restaurants.
