I've left a mess on a Sunday morning when our heat shut off in middle of the night and the owner will call me back immediately and troubleshoot - he had me send pictures from my cell to help identify when our boiler tank blew and had someone out the NEXT DAY - in FREEZING COLD WINTER to fix it.
