It was more than enough to share and made us want to return to try another sandwich. We did return 2 days later and Kristi made us a ham & turkey sandwich. It was also delicious and more than enough to share. This is our new go to sandwich place when visiting Auburn, where'd we need anything from Home Depot or not. Their food truck looks good with some outdoor seating. It could use some better signage to make it obvious that it's not just a coffee and drink place.

I am a cheese enchilada snob and this is one of the best around.: soft, gooey and sauced with an exceptional orange-colored sauce. I could eat a bowl of the sauce all by itself. Most restaurants serve enchiladas with a red chile sauce which I usually find bitter - not so here. The salsa bar has interesting salsas and thin, crisp tortilla chips. We are actually using them again tomorrow for a huge event of 150 people, and they have been wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. They are incredibly responsive and have been so flexible with us--I am so looking forward to having them back! Their setup is stunning. The display of street tacos, the beautiful, colorful tablecloths, and all the little extra touches they add truly make the experience come alive. I HIGHLY recommend them.
