This large restaurant has many free parking spaces. We were sat in an area but there was a mix up for servers, such a large restaurant with lots of tables. The bartender ended up as our server and was nice. The food was delicious. I loved the potato taco, it was crispy with lots of Mexican cheese. The chicken tinga soft tacos were flavorful too. The ceasar salad came with the lunch special and a mini pizza. The thai pizza was flavorful as well. It is worth a stop if in the area. read more

Location - easy 1.5 Miles off I-80 off Bell Road near the airport and highway 49 . Plenty of strip mall parking. Food - good burgers, excellent crispy crunchy fries, good sandwiches. Did not try the pizza. Many craft beers. Ambiance- modern bistro bar with larger sports TV's at the bar. Had lunch here again yesterday. Aside from the food quality, service was a total failure. We arrived around 12:30 pm on Sunday, the parking lot and restaurant were almost empty. There were 6 of us. Our order was taken and it went downhill from there. I asked the server if he wanted my phone number for the rewards program as I'd alway provided that here in the past. He said he'd get it after the check was provided to me. He took our order and brought pitchers of water. This should have been a clue that the servers don't refill water, that's now self service. After the order was taken, the adjacent patio began filling with people. Our food started coming out about 45 minutes after we placed our order. This was after about 25 people in the patio were served their food (the people who arrived after us). When the food was delivered, I asked for another salad dressing. The server said he'd bring it out. He never did. During our entire visit, neither the server nor a manager came out to check on us. The dirty plates and salad bowls were piling up on the table but never cleared. When the bill came, I gave the server my phone number for the rewards. He left and came back and said my number was not on file. I asked how this could be when I've spent hundreds of dollars here in the last couple years and no one has ever said that before. I did receive a deer in the headlights look, nothing further. The proper thing to do would have been to bring out a manager to sort this out as hundreds of dollars worth of potential "rewards" went into vapor. When I got home, I checked the restaurant's website. There is an option to sign up for the rewards but it states, "By clicking submit, you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy." If the terms of use say, "You spend money here, we send you spam and you get nothing for it", that would reflect my experience. I simply don't trust them with any personal data about me after this experience. Suffice to say, they got two stars for the food quality but zero for the customer service experience and their so-called rewards program. read more

Top notch! Our first time here and they did not disappoint. The food was so good and perfectly made. Everyone had something different. I have to point out the bowls for your salad. They're not those shallow mix your salad around and it falls all over the table bowls. They give you a salad in an actual deep bowl! No more mess. Menu had lots of options and I liked that there were multiple pizza size options, including mini (personal size), which worked great for my husband and I since we didn't want the same kind. We started with beer battered onion rings, which were great. They should serve them with ranch but we had to ask (but it was no problem, they brought right out) and they were really good. As mentioned, I did the mini pizza (as a lunch special), so it came with a beverage and side salad. The salad was nothing special, but I really liked the pizza. The mozzarella sticks were dry and rubbery with just 6 cold pieces dumped on a plate with a parchment paper. The Thai chilli chicken wings was just some frozen popcorn chicken with sauce probably from a bottle. Finally the simple margarita pizza we ordered was not hot and had doughy edges. We first try Trailblazers a couple years ago when they had the original location in Alta Sierra. It was so good. The food was amazing, however the service was not so great. Which we look beyond that. Since they've moved to Auburn come on we've been there numerous times and it's been okay but not great. Tonight we did an online order and picked it up and brought it home and breadsticks for burnt to a crisp as well as one of the three pizzas. This is the last time I will order from them. I used to work in a pizza place and if anything ever came out of the oven burnt, it would be set aside and we make a new one. We spent nearly $100 for three medium pizzas and a medium breadstick. I got tacos and wings. Their pulled pork tacos are great although I added cilantro and onion, mild salsa and the habanero are great separate and better together. Wings were fresh and flavorful, I did the wings tossed in buffalo sprinkled with Cajun seasoning (per recommendation). Loved them. Definitely a good recommendation. Elaine, was the hostess. Britany "with one T" was the bartender. Mikey was the manager. Everyone was super sweet. Service in general was spectacular. I had a beer and menu in front of me in less than a minute and it was dinner rush. Music choice was country, so it was great. Decorations were western so it fit well. We had high hopes for this place. Next each taco comes with a lime slice and hot or mild salsa. I was served my 3 tacos with 2 limes and 1 salsa. Strike 2. I asked for more salsa and was brought one more. The chicken was unique and I could say good. It was different. The pulled pork had no flavor. The ground beef was a very disappointing. Strike 3. Maybe if I had been drinking I would not have been so disappointed. It seems like they should focus on things they are good at and not offer so many items. My wife said she'd go back. I won't. Perfect cook, crispy on the bottom soft on the top and the crust was delicious! There are spacious, comfy booths for family's to sit at but there's also a good sized bar area to sit at if you are just coming in for drinks and a quick bite to eat. Britany and Kelly, were fast, friendly and attentive. They took great care of us even though they clearly had their hands full. I love this restaurants aesthetic! Country vibe and soft lighting, also the table was nice and clean. Forks need to be bigger for salad eating, dark plastic plates showed water spots and looked dirty. Please toss your Caesar salad!
