The caprice Salad was was delicious so were our two Pizzas , cheese and veggies was amazing so was the margarita chicken not over powering just the right cheese combination and veggies loved the thin crusty cauliflower crust it's a winner for people that want a low carb option I do recommend it , their Parmesan garlic wings are unbelievable, keeps us coming back all the time . Great dinner. My husband and I have been here a couple times and always enjoy it. The pizza is great. Love the crust. This visit I got spaghetti and meatballs and my husband got chicken parm. Very generous portions. They come with some foccaccia bread but do not come with salad. The prices are very reasonable so if you wanted a salad or appetizer it would still be affordable. The spaghetti was cooked perfectly, a little al dente and they give a generous amount of sauce with it along with 3 meatballs. Ambiance is comfortable and service was very friendly. I found this little gem by accident and boy am I glad I did. The Gods is absolutely amazing, fresh, comes out hot and good portions. The atmosphere is really nice very clean and you get to see a huge brick oven they cook in. The last two times we have been there we were greeted with smiling faces that welcome you in as if it were their home. Our servers (different each time) were very nice, accommodating, helpful and honest. All things that we love. Fire in the Bricks is a great place! Everyone there was having fun and the food was very tasty and fresh! We're from the NE, and the pizza was excellent and just how we like it- thin crust, Neopolitan style Margherita. The wings were delicious and cooked perfectly; and the focaccia bread with 2 dipping sauces ( one was Calabrian chili) was homemade and piping hot, just the way we like it. They definitely don't skimp on servings so plan on taking home whatever you don't finish. Kendra our server was excellent and the staff is very accommodating to those of us with food allergies. The chef brings your food to the table with a smile. We had such a positive experience! It's our new favorite place and we're looking forward to going back there very soon. read more

Extraordinary product thanks to talented chefs and of course the brick fired oven. The waiter Dimitri was friendly and knowledgeable and an asset to the operation. We had two pizzas- one was a Margherita and the other a Fire in the Hole with hot peppers-we both had just come from the gym (lol) and finished both along with a gelato (one scoop which was like a pint!). I would love to leave a better review, but this is not up to par with other Italian restaurants in Palm Coast. Four of us went for dinner. Two ordered pizza and they were very happy. I tried a slice myself, and it was good. So I would say if you are in the mood for pizza, this is a fine choice. My wife and I ordered lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs. The red sauce here has zero flavor and I do mean zero. Neither of us finished our meals. The staff was excellent. Super friendly and attentive. Prices were fair and the place is clean and inviting. There's a new Italian restaurant in town and man is it good. The pizza is the single best in Palm Coast. Fire in the Hole is tucked away in a small shopping area off of Utility Drive. It may not be in the center of town but its well worth the drive. I rarely ever hand out five stars ....this one earns it! Their pizza is roasted in a special wood fired oven that also serves as the center piece of the restaurant. We have tried their Margarita (with chicken), the Meatball and today the Chicken Bruschetta. I mean it when I say they were excellent. Prices are on par with other restaurants in town, service is quick and they have a full bar. My suggestion, give it a try, you wont be disappointed read more

Fire in the Hole is a wood fire oven pizza place located off of Old Kings road by Utility dr. I decided to try the chicken parm sandwich which is one my favorites to order at any pizza place. Fire in the hole does their sandwiches different with a pizza dough bread instead of your typical sandwich roll which was honestly fantastic. The bread was great and so was the chicken, the only complaint would be the side marinara needed a little more flavor but was still tasty. I also tried a cannoli which tasted fresh and homemade.
