I completely understand that mistakes happen, and that's not why I'm upset. What bothered me was what happened when we went back to the drive-thru window. The employee at the window said, "Who gets bacon on their mac and cheese?" It came across as though he was mocking our order. Whether he thought we couldn't hear him or not, it was rude and unprofessional. After all, adding bacon is an option on the menu, so there was no reason to make a comment about our food choice. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the employee's name, but he appeared to be a very tall, brunet male who looked to be around 16/17 years old. After bringing the missing items to their attention, we did receive the missing nuggets. However, instead of the bacon crumbles we originally ordered, we were given bacon strips for the mac and cheese. While that wasn't a major issue, it added to this disappointing experience. I've always had great experiences at Chick-fil-A, which is why this interaction was so surprising and disappointing. I do want to mention that there was a man who appeared to be a manager who corrected another young employee while we were there, and I appreciated seeing that level of leadership. However, the employee who made the comment about our order was never corrected, at least not while we were present. Unfortunately, we left feeling disrespected, which is not something I've ever experienced at Chick-fil-A before. I hate leaving a negative review because Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorite places to eat, and this is the first bad experience I've ever had. I'm sorry to leave a poor review over something that may seem as small as bacon crumbles, but it wasn't really about the bacon. It was about the way we were treated. I hope this feedback can be used as a coaching opportunity, because no customer should be mocked for ordering an item exactly as it's offered on the menu.

I order Five Star Pizza often enough after work. Why I order so often is because the experience is all encompassing. The food is great, the deals are great, the staff is great, and it's fast. They don't skimp on the ingredients either. I moved to Florida 3 years ago, and I was looking for a local pizza place. I ordered from a few that I spotted at first, as well as just looking for coupons of places in the PennySaver. I wasn't impressed with any place around. Finally I asked at work, "where can I get a good pizza worth the price"? Everyone told me to order Five Star, because it's good and won't dig a hole in my pocket. I ordered one pizza, and I was hooked. I haven't eaten from those other pizza places since. read more

I've ordered takeout from 5***** at least 6 times in the last 3 or 4 months and IMHO they truly have the best pizza in town!! We are blessed to have many really good pizzeria's in the area and my favorites through the years have been several different Mom and Pop Italian restaurants known for their location,pizza and other specialties but once I tried the PEPPERONI POWERHOUSE from 5***** they are now my go-to DELIVERY option! Came visiting here and we stumbled across Five Star Pizza. What a find! It was absolutely delicious! We argued over every garlic roll. Large pizza was huge with crust very crispy and perfect for sopping up the remaining garlic butter left over from the garlic rolls. Caesar salad was just enough to hold us over till the pizza arrived. It's clean yet very busy. Great pizza restaurant for takeout or delivery which is very cheap. read more

We aren't from the area so we used Yelp. Yelp review was on target. Service was friendly. Went our of their way to offer crushed peppers, parmesan, etc when we picked it up. They just didn't throw the pizza at you. Nice to have service like that. It isn't like that in many places anymore. Got home to eat and the pizza was excellent. Price was right too. We didn't care to drive all over town just to order pizzas so called them to place an order only to find that they misled us and they had also gotten rid of the larger pizzas and some of the kinds we had wanted to order. I'm not certain if they changed owners but they certainly didn't seem to want to be bothered.
