Hubby and I ate at Napoli's again the other night and really enjoyed it. I got the penne with meatballs and my husband got the lasagna. Both were delicious and the serving size was quite generous. The service was very friendly and the waitress even wrote out directions for re-heating the leftovers which was so sweet of her. The food here, including the pizza, is always very good. Their tomato sauce is one of the best I've ever had at a restaurant. It's so fresh and delicious. The ambiance is very casual. We will be back again. read more

This was our favorite Palm Coast pizza until one day they gave us a burnt and dried out pizza. We weren't feeling well and wanted an easy meal so when we saw the disgraceful pizza we should have brought it back but we were too tired. Put them on a time out for a few months bc no one should have sent a pizza out like that- no melted cheese, all hard, crust overly dark. Fast forward to ordering from them again. Hubby goes inside to pay for our pizza and she said they already delivered the pasta to our house. No big deal, they are confusing us with another order. Hubby says no we ordered a pizza, not pasta. They start arguing with him! You ordered pasta and we delivered it! Why would we show up to pay for and pick up our pizza, if you delivered pasta to our house? They even mentioned a street Wentworth or something and we don't live in the W section. Managers got involved and really grudgingly made us a pizza. WTH? We have only ever ordered pizza from them for pick up. When she asked my phone number when ordering, she said oh D*** and I confirmed that was my name. Everyone makes mistakes. We're new to Palm Coast and have been trying all the various pizza places. So far Napoli has been our favorite. We've gone several times, they have been very nice. We have tried the cheese pizza and the BBQ grilled chicken pizza, both were excellent. We have not tried delivery yet. read more

First time here. The server was so pleasant. We get pizza a lot!! So I asked for a small slice to try thinking they would want us to pay for it. Spoke to Paul on phone and he wanted to give me a couple of dollars off my next purchase. I wanted a full refund and he hung up the phone. I have ordered delivery from them before and was not impressed. I can only imagine how difficult delivery must be. Just stopped in and ordered a cheese pizza and garlic rolls. Let me tell you it was darn good. When I was a kid in Miami I use to go to a place that was so busy they had a guy making rolls fresh all the time and they were the best. Have passed this place quite often and decided one afternoon to just stop by and give it ago. I'm alwayS about supporting my local businesses. It was just my party of three and one guy. I was hoping we had just missed a rush or it was an off day vs bad food. I ordered the gyro with fries, a pepperoni pizza & 3 drinks. All were good and my son, wHo doesn't like crust, ate his crust. I was able to sneak a bite and yes the crust was good! Now why I marked it down from a four is our table was dirty. You couldn't tell till you touched it. I went to the restroom and brought back a paper towel with soap and water to clean. Now I see why the couple of other folks came and got their orders to-go. We're very fussy about pizza. We like a super thin crust, sauce that's not too sweet or over-seasoned, quality toppings and it must be baked just right so the cheese is slightly browned on top and the crust is crispy and brown on the bottom. It must also get to the table piping hot from the oven. Napoli knocked it out of the park! We've driven past this place a thousand times and never tried it. So glad we finally did. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with the aromas of great Italian cooking. First, we shared a small Greek salad which was huge and the best we've ever had. Then, we enjoyed the absolute best pizza we've had in many years ... our best ever in Palm Coast. We just returned from Italy, including Napoli, and THIS is what pizza was meant to be. The service was also excellent and the restaurant was busy with diners, carry-outs and deliveries. The beer selection could be improved, but prices are very good ($2.75 to $3.25) for domestics. I wish they carried Yuengling and Land Shark. Napoli Pizza is in a small strip shopping center that could use some new exterior paint and cosmetic upgrades. Once inside, though, the dining room is comfortable, offers ample seating, and is decorated with artwork and a beautiful mural of Italy. From now on, this will be our go to pizzeria! read more

When you walk in the aroma almost lifts you up like a 1990's cartoon character.... we came in around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty dead so we had no issues getting a table and ordering some yumminess. We opted for bbq chicken wings and a large specialty pizza. The wings were AWESOME, the ranch sauce that came with it was blah but the wings were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside - perfect. The pizza was good, but on the ultra greasy side and my side (everything pizza) was on the salty side but with all the meats on it, it's bound to happen. Hubby loved his pepperoni pizza which I probably should've stuck with. All in all, good local pizza joint. If we are ever in the area we'd probably give it another go. read more
