My partner and I had such a wonderful stay at Seashore! The location is amazing - just a few minute walk to the beach or ferry. We were also easily able to hop over to the other parts of the island via the water taxi. However, the highlight of the hotel is the manager/owner Lorraine. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable and even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary! The room was clean and anything not provided in the room was available at the hotel. The complimentary drinks/beach chairs/beach towels made our stay that much easier. My friend and I have been staying at the Seashore Condo Hotel for the past 3 years. We did see the prices had increased but we loved the hotel so we stayed again. We were told when we arrived our room wasnt ready and the host, Lorraine, charged us $50 for early check in simply to leave our bags on the front porch. The old owners would never charge us for something so ridiculous. We will not be returning. We also had no hot water in the morning for our shower. read more

We rent rooms 21&22 they join together which we love - the doors open between them so we can all hang out together or shut them for privacy..we really like that they are upstairs with a great view of the bay from the deck - we hang out and have cocktails and apps to watch the sunset - which is all you could want after a beach day and the nice hot outdoor shower. They are also decorated so cute and beachy. This place is a little slice of heaven with everything you need, we don't have to lug beach chairs, towels or bicycles on the ferry, they have BBQs if you feel like cooking but so many places near by to just relax with a cocktail and dinner - what a GEM! read more

We did a weekend at the end of the 2020 season. Very relaxing time of year to go to Fire Island. The hosts, Brett and Jeff were awesome and the "owners" of the condo units were very cool. My cousin and I enjoyed staying at this Hotel. I got up early to watch the sun & sky on the couches they have on the deck. Everyone thought I slept there & got kicked out of my room, I'm not sure why .. I guess nobody watches the sunrise? It was a fun weekend. If you've been camping before, you won't mind this stay in fire island. We didn't stay in the room much except to sleep. The room was cozy- stocked with extra blankets. After 100 days in Covid-19 quarantine, my wife and I booked a last minute room at the Seashore. What a welcome break! It was the perfect weekend getaway. Room #10 was clean and tidy and, while not exactly spacious, we really only slept, showered, and changed in the room so it worked for the two of us. The air conditioner kept us cool and the tv settled us into bed at night. We took full advantage of the refrigerator as we bought lots of food and beverages (local prices are insane). The pillows were foam and sheets were synthetic microfiber, so if you're picky about linens you're on your own. We didn't really mind any of it. We used the BBQs each day and ate at the picnic table on the deck. We spent the late afternoons at the beach and the crowds thinned after 3pm (safe sun hours) or so. By 6pm we had the beach to ourselves. It was glorious. I highly recommend the Seashore for a quick getaway. We can't wait to return. Special thanks to Brett and Jeff. read more

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo hotel. The room was peaceful and nicely appointed with an efficiency kitchen. Overall, the amenities were fantastic-- with large outdoor areas for lounging, reading, grilling, etc. There were beach chairs and towels, bikes to rent, an outdoor shower, etc. It's a very quick walk to a spectacular beach, and a nice stroll to the center of town where we had a top-notch dinner at Rachel's (don't miss it!). The ferry is very close, so it's no problem not having a car. In fact, it was wonderful to have a break from traffic noise on this quiet, jewel of an island. Very pleasantly surprised at the Seashore Condo Hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated and immaculate! It was perfect for our family of five. Our beds were very comfortable. Our hosts explained the COVID house rules and amenities upon check-in. They were very hospitable throughout our stay. They happily provided the beach umbrellas that we had left at home and offered anything else we might need. The community patio definitely added to the laid back ambiance of this great facility. Everything was perfect! Jeff and Brett were very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect... and it was! Only stayed for 1 night but I wish we could've stayed longer! Definitely will be staying here again! Perfect location, room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, outdoor decor was lovely. We checked out at 11am but stayed for the rest of the day... we were able to leave our bags and chairs while we went to the beach and Flynn's. I've been coming to the Seashore Condo Hotel for 6 years now. What a wonderful place, just a block from the ferry, across the street from the bay and 2 blocks from the ocean! The rooms are super clean and comfortable, the deck is spacious and welcoming and the managers, Jeffrey and Brett, are amazing hosts! They provide towels, beach chairs and umbrellas so you don't need to bring them on the boat. They can give you great suggestions for eating out or you can cook on the grills. When I come with just one friend we stay in room #5, if I come with a group we stay in the 2 bedroom suite. It's always a great time! read more

The place was so clean and it was perfect distance from the ferry. We had the best stay here and will definitely be going back! We stayed in room 001 & it was very spacious with a nice kitchen area, living room and 2 bedrooms. There was a day bed also which was an actual twin bed mattress and an additional one underneath. That was so much better then the usual pull out couch mattresses it was basically as comfortable as a real bed. Thanks to the staff for making our stay so great!!! read more

If you're Looking for a boutique Hotel with utmost cleanliness and charm this would be the place by far. I am very familiar with fire Island being I live directly across the bay and I have stayed many other places that consider themselves hotel motel whatever you wanna call them.. 95%. Are full of drunk loud people and are filthy ,this is coming from an executive food and beverage manager for Marriott hotel Corp. & my sufisticated wife. The two of us were greeted by both the owners Jeff and Brent friendly and professionally right off the bat on top of me calling a few times and asking some inquisitive questions prior. We chose a room with a balcony fresh clean spotless designed well and had all the items with me to enjoy your stay, They provided well needed beach chairs , ( the Tommy Bahama chairs which were new and clean, beach towels and umbrellas) In which taking more than one bag on the ferry I'll charge you 10 more dollars so you end up saving money and not having to load these extra items with you was another personal and professional touch. They are a one minute walk from the Ocean Bay park right on the bay with a fantastic view. On the first level they offered different snacks and beverages with a three dollar trust policy Jar never see that anymore. Play grounds of the hotel I dressed with beautiful colorful exotic flowers not the usual weed beds and as for cleanliness and it's entirety every night I watched one of the owners cleaning by hand every individual piece of the property. The only complaint I would see someone( not I )saying something negative about would be the size of the room however it was furnished and decorated with such perfect taste not overly cluttered just exactly what a person needs..If I was to change anything would be the name and I will call it "The petite eden " cause that's how we felt the 3 C's comfy,, clean and cozy .... So five stars is all they let you rate my review/post.. they definitely are true to that and then some. Can't wait to go back and stay again during the off-season which is very affordable and such a beautiful time of year. read more

We had the greatest weekend on Fire Island in large part due to the location and service of the Seashore. It is steps away from the ferry and two beach bar/restaurants and a very short walk to the ocean. Brett and Jeff were always available to provide us with whatever we needed. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were free of charge - it was so nice not to have to drag all that stuff onto the ferry. Bikes were also available to rent. The rooms had a retro beach motel feel - but were very clean and very comfortable. Everything about the place seemed to induce relaxation. I cannot wait to go back!! read more

Jeff was by far the best host we have ever had at either a hotel/motel or Air B&B. He was attentive, kind, and fun. The Seashore has so many amazing amenities that are usually unavailable at a beach hotel. Some of which include, an amazing outdoor seating space, grills, complimentary beach towels and chairs to borrow, and cooking and dining tools. The outdoor shower is beautiful and such a fun experience to enjoy on a beach vacation. The rooms are immaculate and also have private restrooms. The village in Ocean Beach is a comfortable walk from the motel and bikes are also available to rent if you wish. We see no reason why we would ever stay anywhere else on Fire Island! read more

I just returned from the most restful weekend at the Seashore Condo Motel. We've stayed there several times and they never disappoint. Having been guests in various different rooms we just spent a long weekend in the room with it's own private balcony/deck. There's both sun and shade, loveseat, café table and lounge "gravity" chairs that are perfect for relaxing as you watch the ferries come and go across the great South Bay. We also caught the most magnificent sunrises, prompting an early stroll on the beach - EMPTY, like your own private paradise. The beds are comfortable, AC works great and the room and bath are spotless. You'll be pleasantly embraced by the management team, there if you need but happy to give you all the privacy to enjoy the common areas for sun, reading, games, grilling. PS There's a separate designated smoking area. I like that it keeps it away from me without alienating those who choose to smoke. Worth every penny! read more
