We can't recommend Todd Morris Fire highly enough. Our first contact with them was around 20 years ago when we discovered that the sprinkler heads in our (then) newly purchased house were part of a recall due to them leaking. Sadly we missed the deadline for the recall, but Todd did right by us. His crew did a great job. Most recently we noticed evidence of a leak on our ceiling. Our roofer identified the problem as being with a leaking sprinkler in our attic. (News to us as we didn't even know they were there.) Kudos to Ryan for trying to get someone out the same day we called, but alas he couldn't make that happen. Gabriel and associate were out the next business day and not only replaced the offending sprinker head, but the other two as a preventative measure. I can't say enough good things about Todd and crew. We had a fire sprinkler pipe burst at 5am on a Saturday. I turned it off in under 3 minutes but major damage still occurred. :( My first order of business was to get the cleanup people here. Once I had that started I called around to Fire Sprinkler companies to see if anyone could replace the broken pipe as we had to shut off our home water. I had no idea who to call and tried Todd. I left him a message to give me a call on Monday, if possible. Well, at 11am on Saturday he called and said he could send a crew immediately!! They arrived and looked in the area I thought the leak was. In actuality the leak was hidden inside a sheer wall. I have no idea how they found it. While they were here they also replaced the pressure gauge on the system and gave me the special key to flush the system in an emergency. Our family can't thank Todd and team enough for all the hard work - on a Saturday too! Finally, Todd came out to inspect our system and determined the cause of failure - when then house was built a wire was attached to our piping causing even more temperate change than normal. We will have Todd help us fix our system so hopefully this never happens again. read more

Our sprinkler pipe developed a leak, and felt lucky Todd sent a guy over to fix the joint that afternoon. Jesus even found that the one way valve on our riser wasn't allowing water into our sprinkler system. The riser needed to be replaced. Again, I felt lucky that such a big issue had been diagnosed!! On a Friday night, we had a fire sprinkler go off accidentally (kids were playing and knocked it setting it off) creating a lot of water damage. Fire services had to come and shut off our water. As part of my renovation, I was required by the city code to install a fire sprinkler system in my house. Not too familiar with such systems I did an online search and came across Todd Morris Fire Protection here on Yelp. I called Todd and he was able to come out to my house the same day, walk around and give me some valuable information about what's involved in installing such a system. Soon after, he was able to provide me a detailed quote. For my situation, his designer was able to create a system that will work just fine based on the pressure of the existing city water line coming into my house, thus saving me thousands of dollars in not needing to install an expensive reservoir and pump. Todd took care of getting the permit from the city. The installation of the entire system in the house by his team was fast and efficient, and all done within the original quote he provided. His installer was on hand when the city fire inspector came for the inspection, and the entire experience went very well.
