So gross, it spreads disease and makes for a disgusting, stinky mess on your dog's feet and then your car. It's not only common courtesy to pick up after your dog, but it's also a sanitary issue. If you don't want your dog to get sick, you need to pick up after them so they're not touching, stepping in and spreading around fecal matter. This park seems to have more dog poop than other dog parks around this area. I spent 15 minutes this morning picking up other peoples' dog poop, so disgusting.

It looks as though the park has the typical/normal wear and tear of any park that's been around for years in this harsh desert climate. With that being said it's still a pretty good park. They have restrooms, water fountains, two full tennis courts, a basketball court, Big and little kid playground areas, swing sets, a large properly maintenance grass field where lots of kids have been known to practice soccer in. They also have a fitness area as well as a jogging path that I've had the pleasure of using to burn off those pesky calories. Lastly, they have one gazebo area as well as a frequently visited ice cream truck. Hence the reason to burn off those calories, lol.

Cons: The bathrooms are closed and replaced with porta potties, there were several homeless people lounging around throughout and the tennis courts are closed due to construction. Pros: the playground areas were actually clean and worthy of playing on, there's a splash pad, a gated dog park area and best of all they have an awesome/large walking trail which was actually the entire purpose of my visit today. Despite the excessive amount of homeless, I actually look forward to walking the trail, burning calories and getting a really good cardio in.

They turn off the lights around dark times I see but I'll for sure be back! I've been finding parks to run at and feel the breeze outside! I always go to an indoor gym but sometimes I wanna be in nature and see the trees and grass! I love running it's so fun! I love pushing my body and opening up my heart chakras more while running.
