This food truck style business is located on rosedale hwy now; they may move around, so check their location on social media before driving there I'll start by saying the drinks were yummy and the large is very, very large! I got the cucumber fire water and it was sooo satisfying! My main complaint is that the drinks are very full and they don't have lids or straws so its difficult to take on the go...

Not sure, but definitely worth a try to mix two flavors together! I visited a second time & ordered the nacho fries with birria. I like the tomatillo sauce they added onto it for the spicy kick! I tried the birria by itself & it was hard to get the complete taste of it, but I'm sure it was delicious. So sad that ever since I got COVID last year, my taste has been halfway off and I can't get the full taste of things. It was overall satisfying. Their pineapple agua fresca was refreshing & I love how it remains cool enough and the fact that they don't add a ton of ice! Thank you for the non watered down refreshing drink! Last thing I'll add is how helpful and patient the lady owner handled showing a new worker how to manage the register. Not only that, but she was also welcoming and kept calling me "mija". Thanks for being so sweet. Great customer service & patient management overall.

A regular large drink comes with candy straw. Drinks are customizable. I also highly recommend the Banana Cream Heaven! So good. It's strawberries, bananas, blueberries with granola and cream. I have no complaints for the LA dog or asada tacos. I'll order them again. This family owned and operated company is outstanding.

Fire Water on a sunny Sunday afternoon... this taco truck came out to our work due to a power outage and they were fire alright. The service was quick, the food was hot, and the drinks were refreshing. The taco truck was a good setup, the took cash or credit card. The aguas frescas were way overpriced for the quality of agua the color looked very washed out more sugar and water than the actual fruit if I'm paying $10 then I'd rather try make at home for the same price and less read more

I was from out of town doing a job and needed to find a spot for lunch. Their trailer caught my eye and I ordered a hotdog with everything on it. I wasn't expecting much for a hotdog but it was one of the best hotdogs I ever had. Came complete with grilled onions and peppers. They even gave me a free drink. I didn't order it so I'm not exactly sure what was in it, but it was so good and refreshing. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be looking for them. read more

We went today since I've been wanting to try for a while since the pictures and videos look great but it took so long and we were sadly disappointed everything looked really good but when you taste everything so not worth the trip and the money,my kids didn't even like it,besides the candy and chamoy everything else was way overrated,I will never go back and I should of known because there was literally no people ordering anything the whole time we were there. read more

I decided to place a random order for a local taco truck and the order was delivered with no hesitation. Not only was the order for 10 mixed aguas fulfilled he even brought extra bolios as a gift. Very nice and great customer service attitude. I appreciate the help in bringing some joy to the hard workers. Now, these aguas are the best I've had in town! Was very interested in trying this place I ordered and the girl at the register was very polite and helpful she was wearing a mask, due to COVID my family and I do not eat food out where the employees are not wearing masks, two out of the three girls were wearing their mask the girl prepping drinks was not wearing any sort of face or mouth shield, we had to unfortunately cancel our order. My husband approached an individual that seemed to be the owner, he was, we let him know how interested we were in trying this place but we're extremely disappointed on the lack of consideration for the public health hopefully he can reconsider his protocols so many other people don't have to walk away from a situation like the one we experienced. At the end I know it's our personal choice but I do know many other individuals who would do the same. read more

Amazing drinks and food! It was extremely hot yesterday, and I stumbled upon FireWater while I was waiting for my laundry. I'm so glad I did! The cucumber loca fire water made my hour. Super hydrating and all the fruit/chamoy toppings were plentiful. As a snack, I had their quesabrilla and wow...it was so juicy, well-marinated, and packed with flavor. Service was fast and friendly. Was very upset when I tried this place last weekend. I've heard such good things about this place but it just wasn't good. The presentation was amazing and the fruit and candies tasted good. Their chamoy was fantastic but the drink itself was horrible we got two drinks and didn't want the money to go to waste so we tried to finish them but just couldn't. I hope if we ever decide to try them in the future it is better but taste was definitely a 0/10. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because the fruit and candy with the chamoy was fantastic. read more

4 items bought 38 bucks. The carne asada nachos were fire. The mazapan horchata was flavorless, really watered down. Jarrita loca fruit was good but again drink was watered down. And Strawberry agua was also watered down. Extremely disappointed. For almost 40 bucks i would think the drinks were going to bCrazy Fruit Cupse super amazing. The place is pretty easy to find on the corner of 18th & R. There isn't a lot of seating for more than parties of 4. We were a party of 6 and we all smooshed into a horseshoe booth inside. There are only 2 of these booths available and they indicated they are not able to place additional seating at the booths. I imagine you might be able to put tables together outside for a larger party. We were greeted warmly, and while I felt overwhelmed by the amazing choices, the gal taking our order put me at ease by walking me through the menu board. We got amazing carnitas quesadillas and tacos and another dish that came on top of a mound of delicious fries. It's the kind of place where you order, then sit down and they bring you the food. We had a hard time finding it at first, but it's located in the parking lot of South Union Mini Mart. There's a lot of different taco trucks on Union, so make sure you don't pass this one up. Parking isn't really an issue, so don't worry about that. Staff is really nice. The first time we visited the young lady that took our order was very friendly and interactive. She had a nice warm personality so you feel welcomed when you visit. The owner, I didn't catch his name but he's literally cooking the food in the back. He's super friendly and also made us feel welcomed. Even though they are wayyyy out there on Union, they are the reason why people want to come back. Yes, food can be good at places, but if you have a good heart and personality then people can tell you're genuine. The first time we visited we were overwhelmed because we wanted to try EVERYTHING, I don't know what's my favorite item yet, but I'll let you guys know when I find out. Don't sleep on Taqueria El Jalisciense! I'm not a big fan of chicken tacos and I even loved those and I would get it again. Everything is so flavorful and you can tell he really thought about his menu. What I love is that he uses quality meats. Don't believe me? Definitely check out his instagram @jalisciense_torres don't blame me if you get hungry checking out his page haha. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. If you're around the area and don't mind driving out to Union then this is the place. Give them a chance. P.S. they only take cash or Zelle so be prepared and they open in the evenings at 4pm-10pm. I almost couldn't see it on the second taco. I actually rolled the tacos up, and they looked more like barely filled taquitos than tacos. I'm genuinely confused about what's changed because these have always been my favorite tacos. I've given them several chances, hoping things would improve, but I think this may be my last visit.

The cafe is located in a plaza with ample parking spots, and the employees I interacted with were polite and efficient. I ordered a Turkish coffee and thought it was a great version of the drink; it may have been small in size, but it had a potent flavor. There was a good amount of indoor seating, and I could see this cafe being a fine spot to linger in for a while.

We got the jarritas locas! One is cucumber and the other is watermelon and it has the fresh fruit mixed in the drink. It also comes loaded with fruit of your choice on top in a little bowl that is actually a cap for the jarrito. It's sooo delicious and refreshing, and the fruit serves as a snack! I got full finishing this drink. It also comes with a tamarindo straw we picked ours up and the guy who brought it to our car ,Alex, was super nice! Def recommend. If you want a refreshing and tasteful treat, go get you some fure waters or something from their menu! everything is delicious and all natural fresh fruit, and the fire waters are not too sweet, but are just right! I personally love the Fresas con Crema and fire waters... I still have alot to taste on the menu, but so far they have not failed to WOW me! customer service is great, and I recommend to order at least a day or 2 ahead if u plan on getting a big order for a party or something read more

The food at FireWater is by far the best we've had in a while. We noticed they were on doordash and we ordered to try it out and not only was the food very delicious authentic flavor it was also very well presented. We were very pleased with our meal it truly felt like a homemade meal. Our new go to when I don't feel like cooking at home!! See this new small business open up just down the street from me so I had to try. Let me tell with the Bakersfield heat here already these FireWaters hit the spot. I tried all there flavors and all are great tasting. I told him I would be back to try the Fresa con crema and he hooked me up with a sample to try, blown away by the homemade crema.
