I don't cook so I'll describe it the best I can. I think it's dark meat because it was really tender and super juicy. The batter was really light but tasty, and the mayo and pepper-something cheese all melted together should be classified as an addictive drug. I realize this is a new established. I know they're operating under COVID-19 mandates for a small business. I tried to be understanding, but felt compelled to write this review. I had a large order placed in advance for a later afternoon pick-up. Stepped up to the pick-up station and wasn't even greeted until 10 minutes later. There was only one employee operating the pick-up station while there were several other employees staring at their phones, or walking around grabbing soft drinks that THEY were drinking. The food wasn't ready until 15 minutes after. More importantly, it was cold as if it had been sitting on a counter for a LONG time. Fried chicken, fries and noodles were cold!?!? No heat lamp? Makes me really wonder how long this food was sitting on a counter. Chalk that up to the business being newly operational. Got home, took our first few bites and had to throw away this nasty food. The wings were salt bricks that were inedible and covered in breading with very little chicken. The sauces weren't even on the wings on several of the wet wings. Jamaican jerk: tasted more like an odd spin on a cajun spice with a waxy aftertaste Seasoned Fries: where? it was like overcooked, cooled down and preheated beer-battered fries but smaller Chicken: was bland, small pieces, chewy and dry Dipping sauce: it was like they literally ran out of the ranch, added water, and shook the bottle it came in. Soda was the best thing there Overall, there are too many wing eateries around town (as inconsistent as BWW is their flavors are still good, Wingstop, Hoagies and Wings, Beer and wings, Daddy Js no longer with us, and Big Wangs to name a few) for this place to be this mediocre. If fusion is their niche they should stick with that only. A great place for drinkers, like all food, tastes good when drinking. What ruined them for me was the cheese and the wings. The cheese was mozzarella and I love mozzarella but mozzarella clumps when it cools and it got stuck to the paper in the box and then I was fighting with my food. And I think I lost the fight. I think these fires could be better with a liquid type of cheese maybe a white queso or a nacho cheese. And the wings need to be boneless wings not bits of bone-in wings. First ding against is that there are no on-line prices. Still, it got good reviews and the wife wanted wings for her birthday lunch so off I go. Second ding is that they have VERY loud music on.
