Spoke with Arthur, the manager, on the way out. That was it. He's a very nice and polite man. Staffing and service and ordering, though, are management responsibilities. Problem number 3: The order was 30 mins late. Lack of personal awareness regarding your capability to answer phones and prepare orders on time is a problem. Appetizers (plural), a main course, and even a dessert were all excellently prepared and served, from start to finish. I live in Beijing, so things like tax, tipping, foreign wars, and a 3% charge for a credit card are unfamiliar to me, but worth it for this experience.
