I've gone here a couple times now and for each time, I'd have to say that the sandwiches are really good. When you walk in, the smell of fresh bread and fresh ingredients is so amazing. It's not like that classic Subway smell to be honest, this one smells even better. There were two ladies busy making sandwiches and I was able to order for to go easily. My go-to is a classic cheesesteak sandwich. The best part is the beef. It's tender and chewy with tons of flavor. I really like how it paired with the warm melted cheese. Every bite was very good. I've been going to Togos since 2002 and one of the depressing parts of this decade for me was watching all the Togos that were near me close down. When this location opened up earlier this year, i made it an effort to check it out, and it didn't disappoint. The 2 main things that made me become a Togosian (is this still a thing?) was the large portion size and the amazing quality of their ingredients. I ordered a large Turkey and Cheese in January when I returned to Togo's after a 5 year hiatus, and today I ordered the Chicken and Cheddar. It's still the same large portion sizes, and amazing quality ingredients. I will say I miss the oatmeal and raisin cookie not coming back, and the onion herb bread not making a comeback is a little disappointing, but it's still great! The resurgence of Togos has made me a happy camper, and the fact that I now live within a 10 minute drive from the Chatsworth location makes it even better! read more

It's been a few years since I have eaten at Togo's, especially with several locations closing down. I'm glad that a new location finally opened near my office. The location is clean and bright, featuring kiosks and a self serving soda machine. Dining area is small with only a few tables against the wall. A great menu selection of sandwiches but a regular sandwich with chips and drink can cost anywhere from $15-$20 which is a little on the expensive side. Pro-tip: Sign up for their rewards program and get $2 off your first order and $10 off for your birthday. read more

Came to check out Togo's during its grand opening weekend. Haven't been to one in ages since the location in Woodland Hills closed by my work. Pros: Inside was bright, decent amount of seating, staff was friendly, easy to order at the kiosk and pay as well, good soda selection and a wide menu that separates itself from other sandwich shops. Cons: With the caveat its opening weekend and they are training, was kind of slow. $19.70 after tax for just a 9 inch pastrami reuben is expensive for my taste. This parking lot can get kind of crazy with all the restaurants, Starbucks and Planet Fitness in there. All in all, a welcome addition to chatsworth. read more

I was so happy when this place finally opened!!! FINALLY we have one in the area! It's one of my favorite places and this location doesn't disappoint. Management and staff so very friendly. It's always nice to see a team eager for business and happy to greet and please the customers. Food was prepared fresh and quickly and I was able to get to know everyone. The managers especially are the most positive and friendly as I've ever met. The place is bright, clean with a super upbeat atmosphere. Super tiny very few tables so I usually take it to go. I've already been back many times for all my favorite sandwiches and salads, never once had a bad experience or not greeted with a smile. read more

I was so excited to find out a new Togo's was opening, since our local restaurant has been gone for a few years. The restaurant is new and there's not a lot of room inside. Only tables for two along the wall. Makes it difficult also when standing in line and people are sitting. I didn't find the workers to be friendly. Ordered the #23 on wheat. They no longer make it for you as your ordering. Instead you order in a kiosk or at the register and tell them what you want on it (this is a negative for me). The young woman taking our order was extremely slow entering information. The person I was with ordered directly after me and our orders were called out over 5 minutes apart. The people who ordered afterwards were served and left before we were. Amount of turkey and avocado was fine. The bread was soft. I had lettuce, onions, peppers, and black pepper added. However, the sandwich had no taste! Unfortunately, I don't think I'd return. read more

I walked in and was the only customer in the joint. The worker dude was actually sitting at a table chilllin when I arrived. I dictated my order directly to the dude and he still managed to dump onions and peppercinis all over my sandwich, which I specifically asked for NONE OF. I didn't stand there and rudely watch him actually make it so I didn't realize till I GOT HOME. Needless to say the sandwich was ruined. For someone who hates onions, having them dumped all over a sandwich renders it basically inedible. Dude, wake up and pay attention to what you're doing!
