Chatsworth location had great wings as well. Juicy wings with full of flavors. Not overpowering, just right amount of spicy and sweetness on Thai Chili wings, and so savory aroma and flavors on Jamaican Jerk wings. 3 stars for many flavors. No five stars because like everyone else they are just not consistent. The have a billion flavors and no cajun. That's a sin. I can come one day get a nice batch and the next get a soft gummy batch that I have to reheat at home. It seems nobody knows how to fry chicken consistently and in their defense all wings spots are like this. It boggles the mind how people cook wings every day and cant be consistent. Undercooked, overcooked, too dry or too wet. Also they dont travel well. You almost have to eat them there otherwise you get home and you got cold inconsistent wings or warm dry gummy wings or next time sweaty wings. For the price they have to be consistent every time. You cant let just anybody cook wings. The main problem is they dont want to pay real wages so they hire young kids and the kids haven't lived long enough to know how to cook wings and many dont even care what they serve you. I can only imagine how sanitary they are or not. I'm now just over it. I buy my own and cook them at home and they are torch every time. I see where this is going pretty soon wings are just going to faze out. Lastly, they are not full wings all these places break wings down and sell wing pieces. Fire wings are good when they are and undercooked with minimal sauce other times. Catch them on a good day. I came to fire wings three days in a row and today on my third day I received oversized boneless wings and oversized bone in wings. I requested for my order to be extra crispy and they were not. I called the store to address this concern and let them know of my unsatisfactory. The initial representative told me that I did not order my wings extra crispy when my receipt confirms I did. She then put me on with the manager named Chayse, who then told me they apologize for this, however to contact DoorDash as they are not able to refund or give me even store credit which shows me they don't care. I use to literally swear by this place. The first 5-6 experiences I had were always great. One thing recently I'm noticing the last few times I've had it is each time the wings are getting worse & worse in quality. A bunch of deformed looking massive drumsicks. Ordered delivery from this place the other night and got the 20 piece-family pack. We got 2 orders of lemon pepper and buffalo stampede (all boneless). I agree with the other reviews regarding the lemon pepper seasoning, it's good but subtle and it could have had more seasoning/flavor. The buffalo stampede was great. If I had to compare it to anything I would say it reminded me of original hot from wingstop but with 1.5X more heat; which is perfect for someone who likes a good flavor + heat combo. Additionally, the sauce is slightly thicker than what I've seen at other places, so each piece was fully coated (which is pretty important to me, especially if I'm getting boneless). If other flavors are as bold as the stampede, I would probably not get the lemon pepper next time and try some new menu items. I ordered a 10 piece with Salt and pepper and Saigon street flavors as they seemed popular on Yelp. I really enjoyed the salt and pepper wings (8.6/10). Most of the wings were perfectly crispy and seasoned perfectly. I loved the onions and peppers. I liked the Saigon wings too (7.9/10) but I'll be back for the salt and pepper. We just ordered food from fire wings in Chatsworth. The food is fire! We ordered three different kinds of wings. We got the lemon pepper, the traditional buffalo and the Saigon Street wings. The gentleman Michael that runs the restaurant did such fantastic job, delivering our food on time and hot, we really appreciate it! We also got delicious fried zucchini, and just because we wanted to be a little healthy. We got sides of carrots and celery because we felt a little guilty. They are so small the order of 10 wings no longer gets a full box - it's a 1/2 size box. The previous owner used the full box and it hardly fit. The sauce has been thinned out. The lemon pepper was pretty sour, Buffalo was pretty hot despite it being only two s on their menu, Saigon (I would recommend only if you enjoy Vietnamese fish sauce), peanut butter (not sure how I felt about this but it wasn't terrible) and the fire wings. Personally, didn't think the fire wings were especially hot. I thought the Buffalo ones were around the same spice level. Service is extremely friendly and they have a full bar!
