I am not a fan of the dry rubs because they are a bit thick, and the seasoned fries I would avoid. Marie and Lisa could write the training manual for customer service. They are excellent. We visit this place very often the staff is always great, the restaurant is always so clean. We visited tonight, my husband, myself and two kids....Curtis was so great! He saw there was quite a bit of people in line, he stopped what he was doing and came over and helped to get the line down. His customer service was some of the best I've experienced. He brought us our food and pointed us in the direction of forks and napkins and said to please let him know if we needed anything. He's young and has more professionalism then a lot of adults Ive encountered. I watched him bag orders, take orders, bus tables and still ask how people were doing and if they needed anything. See recently moved to the area and have the place a try.. mixed feelings. The service was very good- all who we encountered were very nice and friendly. When we got home to try our food, we were disappointed. Terrible service, they look short staffed, nobody manning the bar, when I order the combo of six wings they shorted me one wing and the fries were cold. My wings were mostly bones, I did notice other tables had much meatier wings so maybe I got a bad batch but I still didn't even get six wings. Won't be coming back here. Not worth the money and had to stop to get food on the way home cuz I wasn't about to order another meal there and I was obviously still hungry after picking what meat I could get of off the bones. When I came in, they said they didn't have red bull and they said nothing else. I took the initiative of looking at the receipt to see if they charged me... and they did. This place to me is top notch. Even though they do slip up on somethings, for instance slightly overcook the wings..I am still like who cares? Food is food. Just because it happens once doesn't mean its going to happen every time you eat there. Every other time the wings are delicious, especially the garlic parmesan wings. Despite the negative reviews, I convinced my family to try them out. 1 star only because the wings are tasty and many different flavors, but definitely not worth the treatment we endured. She rolled her eyes and begrudgingly wiped a table for us to sit at, accidentally sprayed someone in my party with disinfectant and didn't acknowledge it at all, then was going to leave prior patron's drinks on our table until I asked if she would remove them as they were not ours. That threw her over the edge, she rolled her eyes, grabbed them and wiped the rest of the table. When she brought our food, she put plates on our table and walked away in silence with obvious upset. I've ordered the Nashville hot sandwich here multiple times and I Ordered the Nashville sandwich today and didn't taste like it at all. I brought the sandwich back and told her this doesn't taste or smell like it and she told me there's nothing they can do about it since I already took a bite. Horrible management. And they kept insisting it WAS the right sandwich. Update: They wouldn't allow me to get a refund or remake the sandwich for me but said they'd charge me 50% off to buy another one. Haven't been here for a while and I told the girl taking my order how excited I was to get some peanut butter wings because they're my favorite. Ordered a combo of stampede and peanut butter and got all stampede and some with peanuts topped off. I head the girl tell the cooks that I had ordered regular fries And not season so they switched those out I'm guessing they didn't make my peanut wings and thought I wouldn't notice by just topping them off with some nuts. Absolutely a great time. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient as my family of 4 had the tough decision of what to order. Thankfully we pulled it together, got out order in and had a seat. The dining area was very clean, as were the restrooms and tables. The bar wasn't nearly as filled as should have been for a Sat evening, but thankfulky it picked up as we were boxing our food. The food was amazing! I order an 8 piece meal, dragon and Louisiana flavors with seasoned fries. The portions were very large!
