You may think a salad in a pizza is weird but it was so refreshing. The place was lively but not overly loud. TVs were playing ice hockey and football which I enjoyed. This evening after work I ordered a medium pizza, buffalo wings, two sides of salad that came to $52 & I ordered on the phone. They said it'd be ready in 30 minutes. I got there in exactly 30 minutes. My food is ready. I called to order two side salads on my way there, and when I got there and picked up the food, everything was in the bag and when I got home, the wings were hard as a rock. We couldn't even take a bite out of them , and then I called. I spoke to the manager. I explained to her what I ordered and what my name was soon as I mentioned that the wings were hard as a rock. Her whole voice changed the tone on the phone and then I explained to her that I drove there after working a 10 hour shift and pre-ordered, unfortunately, came in 30 I even though there was traffic ,the manager kept talking over my voice, at least eight times I counted she would not listen to hear me out. She said I was yelling at her and she kept saying I was blaming the traffic of the road construction no they gave me old wings that were sitting in the window stuck them in a box or they sat for too long. There's no way that any chicken wings in the world could be as hard as those were, her customer service was really rude. She tried to claim I was yelling at her I was not , she did not wanna hear me out as a customer. She continuously talked over my voice, raising her voice, getting louder and louder as she talk to me mind you it is my first time I have ever been there since I've moved here and it's been recommended by a lot of of my friends, I am very disappointed at the way I was talked to on the phone let alone very disappointed in the chicken wings, no clue how she can even be a manager , not remaining calm at all , I guess she forgets that customers pay everybody's bills that work there including keeping those doors open. It's not about just the one customer experience. I really do not need anything for free. I can pay my own way, but I brought it up to her cause it was a concern of mine due to the kitchen over cooking the wings. I was not blaming anyone else or raising my voice to her, and I do not appreciate the manner of her unprofessionalism of the way she was talking to me ! Obviously, michaelsPizza , must be making enough money to not have any more new customers come to your establishment ! Too top it off she would not give me her name & I asked who is the owner ! The staff is friendly and attentive to our needs and accommodating. We ordered a medium 1/2 Michaels masterpiece and 1/2 Polynesian Passion, delicious! Lots of goodies on it, the cheese is plentiful. There were a few tables in use when we walked in around 3:30ish. Perfect for Happy Hour. I should have taken pictures of the menu because I don't remember all the details. I believe that there were some drinks, appetizers and a pizza that were discounted and I think that HH ran from 3:00pm to 6:00 but please call to be sure. We were seated, handed menus, and drink orders taken. Place settings and plates were soon delivered with the promise of food pretty quickly. Drinks came, followed by our Onion Rings. Those were delish! Then we waited and waited and waited. It didn't seem that busy, but we weren't in a hurry, so we weren't particularly concerned. Then our server came by and let us know that the printer in the kitchen had failed and they had just discovered that our pizza and that of another table had not yet been started. Finally, our Michael's Masterpiece pizza was delivered to our table. It looked beautiful, and it tasted as good as it looked. I like the trays that they serve on. There are a bunch of little nubs that hold the pizza up from the bottom of the pan. This allows hot air to escape and keeps the pizza from getting soggy. Our pie was nice and crispy the entire time we were eating. We received a 25% discount for the delay in getting our food. Our drinks were topped off as needed. If today's slowness was because of new employees in the kitchen and a glitchy order printer, we can accept that. If you hear of that happening again, then it's time to do some more research on where else to get a pie. read more

We went here to try something new amd I have to say it was a good pizza. I'm very picky when it comes to my crust and my sauces. The bbq sauce was a little too tangy for me as I enjoy a sweet bbq or a spicy bbq sauce on my pizza. The crust was thick. The pizza would've been better if it were actually cooked well done or extra crispy as ordered. Over all a good pizza but nothing spectacular.
